The Quran mentiones Moses (PBUH) more times than any other Prophet… Mohammed (PBUH) is from the Ishmaelite tribe, more specifically Kedar, prophecien in Isaiah 42:10-11 as the Prophet for the Gentiles (Deuteronomy 18:18 - brethren of Israelites = Ishmaelites, fulfilling the covenant with Abraham PBUH)

@@fedesetrtatio1 Jews are allowed to worship the same one God as muslims do in mosques, same as muslims are allowed to worship the one God of Abraham (who was not from the tribe of Juda = he was muslim) in synagogues. Also muslims are allowed to eat kosher and don’t eat pork, same like Jesus who was a jewish muslim.
MARK 12:28 Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
John 17:3 The only true God is the Father.
John 14:28 “The Father is greater than I.”
Mathew 23:9 And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.
26:39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”

@@hogi9822 Jews worshiped Yahweh the God of Abraham, who is a spirit, a Father to his people, who can enter his creation whenever he likes and needs blood sacrifice for the atonement of sin. Allah the pagan God of the Kaabah is none of these. Mohammad tried to change Allah the pagan God of the Kaabah to Yahweh the true God of Abraham but did not have access to full information to complete the hoax. You dont follow the full kosher laws, only the part that Md heard or had access to. Jews dont eat camel, jews never mix milk with meat. But muslims are not aware of these restrictions. YOu dont even know why you dont eat pork. it is a case of monkey see monkey do. Islam is a half baked copy and paste religion invented by a man.
Before you try and quote scripture, here is a piece of advise - Go three verses up or three verses down and your verse will become irrelevant to what you are trying to prove.
For example you are trying to prove that Jesus was not god by using John 17:3 but if you go to John 17:5 Jesus becomes God.
Joh 17:3 Now this is eternal life: That they may know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Joh 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth; I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
Joh 17:5 And now glorify thou me, O Father, with thyself, with the glory which I had, before the world was, with thee.
You will notice Jesus is asking the Father who in John 14 is greater than Jesus to glorify him as he (Jesus) was glorified before the world was created. Use your brains not the lying brains of your elders.

So there isn't such thing as Israeli, Arab, Russian, Polanski or from where they are. The people who occupied Palestine and called it Israel, isn't right and like I said, it's illegal. As someone who studied Arabic my dudes translation is off, and I don't blame him it's hard.
But this is the correct translation of the prayer he mentioned as the first prayer
In the name of God, the infinitely Compassionate and Merciful.
Praise be to God, Lord of all the worlds.
The Compassionate, the Merciful. Ruler on the Day of Reckoning.
You alone do we worship, and You alone do we ask for help.
Guide us on the straight path,
    the path of those who have received your grace;
not the path of those who have brought down wrath, nor of those who wander astray.
    Amen.
And this is the prayer they say when on their knees
O god, let Your mercy come upon Muhammed and the family of Muhammed as You let it come upon Abraham and the family of Abraham O God bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Abraham. and the family of Abraham. Truly You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

However I've seen documentaries about how in Saudi Arabia and Iran they add things in parenthesis to translated versions of Qur'an, which in theory is actually haram because they're modifying the scriptures. Also, some Muslims (Shia from what I understand) say that in ancient times Qur'an was modified by the Caliphs.

@andiehernandez1995 That is a misunderstanding. Kinda European based. The Quran has several was it can be recited but it's still the same language. It's just a difference in dialects from other regions. Like saying tomato or tomatoe... It is permissible to add commentary to the translations. As a matter of fact the Quran that non Muslims think of, with the translations is considered just that. A side by side translation. The all Arabic one is called the Mushaf and is the actual Quran that you cannot read without wudu/ablution etc... anti Islamic scholars purposely twist or leave out the details to try to disclaim the unaltered text of the Mushaf.

Mohammed, (PBUH) was much more familiar with Judaism and borrowed much from the Jewish traditions. He married a wealthy Jewess and eventually was poisoned by one of his Jewish girlfriends. So there is a history there. Christians were present and Mohammed borrowed from their beliefs but like many cult leaders, he could not respect their passive nature or the concept of martyrdom with forgiveness. Many Christians were slaughtered by Mohammed and the women and children taken as sex slaves. That history remains unresolved but many Moslems are converting to Christianity after they understand the differences. Judaics in the Middle East have much more in common with Arab Moslems but there is also historical conflicts.

The beauty of hospitality and generosity is that they're not bound by geography, and we honestly hope that people on the receiving end of our hospitality would see the value in it and adopt it as part of their own personal culture as well.
You see, there is a secret about hospitality that European countries seem to have forgotten about, and it's that hospitality pays off more often than it does not. When you're being generous to others, life somehow always finds a way to pay it back!
      As always, great video Tal.

    Interesting Quran facts:
    - The most mentioned prophet by name in Quran is Moses (Musa in Arabic). He is mentioned 136 times. Abraham (Ibrahim in Arabic) comes next at 68 times. While Muhammad is mentioned 4 times. Peace be upon them all.
    - The longest chapter in Quran is named Al-baqara (an Arabic word meaning The cow). This chapter has many topics/themes, and one of them is a story of prophet Moses and the Israelites and in which he asked them to slaughter a "cow". And of course, the "cow" story is mentioned together with lessons from it.

Also, the Maghrib Salah (afternoon /sunset prayer 🌆 🌅) is short...
The rest of them all (rest of the Salat prayers) are longer, much longer....
And, finally...., then, you have the Sunnah prayers (voluntary prayers, not mandatory!!) like Tarawih, etc...
Again, I repeat it.... Sunnah Salat prayers are NOT mandatory, but, only voluntary prayers.... (it's believed to give "Barakah" - which means Holy blessings 🤲🏻 😇)

@@shainazion4073 Salah (or prayers) is done in Arabic as a rule. This includes the Quran recitations, and certain supplications done at different positions during the prayer. Practicing Muslims, arabs and non-arabs alike, begin to learn them right from childhood. For example, I'm a muslim from Nigeria and although I don't speak arabic conversationally, I have a basic understanding of the supplications and even some Qur'anic passages I recite during prayer. Admittedly, this isn't true for all people. But even non arab practicing Muslims who don't understand the supplications know what they're supposed to say. Besides, there are tons of books, and lots of online apps and resources easily available for anyone willing enough to learn.
As for converts, they aren't required to learn everything at once because that'll be too overwhelming. So, it's usually done in stages, from a very simplified and basic stage, learning more gradually, to a more advanced stage. That's how we were taught growing up. A new convert to Islam would only need to learn the basics, Surah Fatiha (the opening passage) like Tariq mentioned, and very few other supplications for his/her prayer to be adequate. There are also positions during the prayer where one is allowed to add one's own personal supplications in one's own words and language, but this is usually done silently. Hope this helped a bit. 💚

Ishmael’s descendants are of the Arabs. The brethren of Israelites = Ishmaelites (Jews didn’t expect that), who Moses is talking about in Deuteronomy 18:18… Isaiah 42 is about this prophet, verse 11 mentiones the Kedarites and Mt Sela in Medina
Jesus is prophecien in Psalm 91, it’s referenced to be about him in Mathew 4:6 and Hebrews 5:7… Jesus was sent to the Israelites, thats why he addresses them with the most important comandment and thats what he says to his desciples when the Canaanite woman was chasing him!
