- I am currently in maintenance mode where I am working on building muscle, not losing weight and giving my metabolism a break from being in a calorie deficit. We (Mark & myself) are in week 4 of Nicole's Reverse program and she has me set at 2,600 calories this week. Only 2 more weeks until the next shred starts!

it all looks yummy how is the spinach dip from walmart? i dont know if you can have these or not but i like to put a little in the middle of hawiian rolls hopefully u can have SOME carbs its so goodwith the spinach dip from publix and i dont like spinach lol

Wow 2600 calories! I know Nicole does it but it still blows my mind! Great job drinking all that water! I barely can get 80oz…
I breastfeed and work out 7 days a week 20 minute full body weights and eat probably close to that at 149 pounds! Eating a lot rocks lol

Congrats on your program success! Question: Do you miss fresh fruits and vegetables? I noticed there were only fresh carrots. Just curious.
I eat fruits & veggies everyday. Had a banana in the morning. Every day is different depending on our meals. The past 2 days I’ve had a huge fruit salad with lunch. Not missing out on anything 😉

Could you find something more nutritional other than a pop tart, rice cake. I’m just curious is all.
They are both quick digesting carbs my body can use during my workouts. Perfect pre workout fuel for me. Everyone is different so eat what works for you 😊
I didnt know you was trying to lose weight what are you doing if yoou dont mind me asking
I learned that for a woman to maintain her weight,1,600 calories is enough. I struggle with weight and now I want to do a diet that works for me where I eat same things everyday, because I just can't do a diet where I have to cook for myself certain foods or I have to count calories.
Breakfast: 2 fruits and a hand of nuts
Lunch: meat,a hand of vegetable and 2 glasses of sour milk
Snack: a salad
Dinner: not over 6 o'clock, 2 hard boiled eggs and a salad
In between and after dinner: tea and water.
I know it is restrictive,but my weight is alarming and I have to do something to start my body to lose weight and my brain to ajust to the fact that I only need fuel and not to eat out of pleasure.
I feel this so much, i’ve struggled so much with my relationship with food. It’s so hard. I was super restrictive for a year and lost a bunch of weight. I gained it all back because i developed a binge eating disorder. It took two year of me learning how to eat food and not starve myself with 1500 cals a day and then binge 10,000 calories. I eat 2000 calories a day and lose a pound a week. I’ve eaten all the way to 2500 while still losing weight. I didn’t start losing weight after 8 stopped binge eating until I raised my calories up to 2200. I wish you all the best and hopefully you’ll find a lifestyle that works for you😊
