Every evening, I make a quart jar of decaf green tea and add in a packet of the Dole peach mango… I put it in the fridge so it will be cold the next day. I love the taste.

I tried the pb premiere protein. That was yummy. I don’t like protein drinks but this brand is ok. The dole drink,mixes are good. No aspartame. And neither do the Welch’s ones

I love the cake batter premier protein. I have it for brunch. That’s all I have until dinner when I eat whatever I want. I have lost some weight holding steady at 140 lbs. it’s a diet I just made up myself lol🎉
