Getting Our House Ready To Sell?

- So many changes this year! Mark and I started the year with our health being the main goal. We've had so many late night chats and have decided to change not only our way of eating/drinking but also our lifestyle. The loss of Buford has really hit me hard. I am so very thankful for all the distractions on my plate and can't wait to share more with you all.

Sorry to hear about Buford 😢
A lot of times, I just use paintable caulk to fill holes instead of spackle. You can get the caulk in squeeze tubes, so you just put the cap back on to save the rest.

My son was the same way, never wanted to go on our adventures now when we talk about them he’s like man why didn’t I come? Really?? Lol. So sorry to hear about Buford. Lots of luck on your new venture, can’t wait to see.
The spackle container. In order to close fully. Place on floor. And press down hard in the center of the lid and you will hear it snap closed. Hope I explained it properly lol 😊

Hi! Congratulations. Was just wondering if you’re not moving soon, it seems like you want to get out of house as fast as possible. You mentioned you sold some stuff, and got rid of a lot of stuff. Sorry, it doesn’t make much sense to me, I would try to keep as much as I could until I moved to the new place, and then declutter. You might be able to use alot of the stuff you got rid of. I know it takes a lot of time to move. Good Luck . Take care.
If you keep it and rent, do deep dive background checks on who you pick. Even people that seem good on paper can really trash a place. A friend of mine went through this trying to rent a condo and it was an absolute nightmare and the tenants DESTROYED it
Where did you get your bed frame and nightstands I love them!
Bed Frame is from Living Spaces and night stands are from IKEA.
My parents were told to leave the TV hardware on the wall because it gives the potential buyers idea where to put the TVs.

Hello love the house on the spakle try turning it upside down it let's the air out I was told a long time ago to turn like my sour cream and stuff of that nature upside down before I put it back in the fridge it will last longer maybe that will worm with the spakle

I would say sell the house we owned 3 houses at one time we lived in 1 rented out the other 2 and it was a nightmare

No, I have shared a couple times that we decided not to put the pool in because we were not going to be in this house very long.
rather tossing the curtains you don't want away, maybe donate to vet?
We donate everything that we aren’t selling or that is in good condition. Some of our curtains have been ripped by the cats, those are the ones we threw away.
