subnautica is not just another survival game
you will find out :)
Yass!
Subnautica was really fun for me, I hope you will have a great time under the sea!
Thank you, I had fun playing it
Best tips....make water from bleach, use dead batteries in crafting, every piece of wreckage can be entered and when stumped about what to do next read the codes and clues on pda and always keep going deeper
This game suits you well, you're doing great. I will be looking for future episodes.
You played really well! Although you didn't needed to make another Oxygen tank to craft the upgrade.
You could just unequip the one you already have.
Tip: drop the aliens eggs. They are useless this point in the game, and the sample analyzer is just decorative, you can drop that too.
There is no wrong way to play this game. That being said, I enjoyed it most when I accepted that the game is about not knowing things. It's about exploring and discovery (and occasionally terror). Every game that lets me play the role of scientist/detective is usually very very high on my list, and this was no exception. (Return of The Obra Dinn was also very very high)
I love seeing new people discover subnautica. The first playthrough is something special.
It is very normal to feel a bit lost at the beginning of this game. I certainly did. Once you started using the fabricator and started building tools like the scanner and repair tool is when the progression kicks off. My tips would be: explore, look at everything closely and scan everything you can(!), explore. oh, and did I say explore? XD the databank holds almost all the information you need to help you along (so scan scan scan! to add more info to it). oh and don't forget to check the radio in your lifepod every once in a while. the red light will be blinking if you have a new message.
Nice! I hope I can discover some cool stuff while exploring
Hey Nana. That's awesome you are playing Subnautica. I am terrified of open water and this game scared me a lot, but it's so worth it.
There is no wrong way to play IMO. Just take it at your own pace and enjoy the ride.
Mild tip
Slash that creep vine again when you have at least 4 empty slots in your inventory
Oh yeah I'll probably be scared a lot hahaha it's very fun tho
Thanks for tips!!
I remember playing subnautica a year ago and it was genuinely so fun. You can get lost in the game for hours on end. Hope you continued the serious 🎉
3:33 Water looks better than Cyberpunk 2077 (2020 release) hehe
Game looks great and it was a fun watch! I did play Subnautica years ago and somehow I stopped playing it. I don't know, survival games may not be my thing. But the one survival game I do want to get back to playing is No Man's Sky.
Oh I heard of No Man's Sky! Don't know if it's good tho
@@ThatgirlNana It's a good game now with the constant updates. Is it a game for you to play? Probably not. There are ship flying and space combat.
I remember first seeing this game in 2017, back then i didn't even knew english but still loved the game
omg I'm so excited for this!!
Id like to see more. Toggle on “pause on oad” in settings so can rewd underwater without losing oxygen, etc. also you can drop unwanted items like the eggs and unuseable lab equipment by opening the pda IN the water, then an option to drop will be available.
one tip I will give you about inventory management. if you have large items in your inventory and can reduce them into smaller items like creepvine into lube or rubber then it will save a lot of space. once you can build a habitat, storage of materials will not be such a problem. always be sure to keep your backpack as empty as you can when gathering materials.
i would suggest the setting "pause on PDA" this game requires a lot of reading entries and that takes a lot of hunger/thirst from you
yeah pause on pda was a nice addition. especially for streamers.
Meu deus!!!!!
Nem acredito q tu ta jogando subnautica, que sonho Nana!
29:47 calm down lil bro
please continue, i love subnautica :)
Oh hell yeah! One of my favorite games ever!
Hope you enjoy the video!
Hope you'll keep playing this game.

Prepare to have your mind blown
I am always interested in blind Subnautica playthroughs, and today the UA-cam algorithm recommended this video. Before I dive in (haha), will you continue to play Subnautica? At the time of writing this comment, I only see one single released video. There may be others, hidden from public view, so I thought I'd ask.
hello!! I ended up taking a break from recording videos for youtube and didn't have the chance to continue subnautica yet but I plan to upload more very soon
hope you enjoyed the vid!
@@ThatgirlNana Thanks for the lightning fast response. I am glad to hear that you are planning to continue playing Subnautica. It is one of my favourite games. I have not watched this inaugural episode yet, and I will hold off until I see the next episode was released (no rush, though). Cheers, and enjoy your time on 4546B. 👍
Ah, I can't watch people play this with a controller. I get motion sickness from the unnatural jerky movement of the camera.
So about an hour of subnautica was enough for you?
