- Using a running or sports watch or other apps are great tools to track mileage, pace, progress, etc. and I absolutely love using them!
However, I wanted to try and get back in tune with how I was actually feeling during my workouts; paying more attention to my effort, and not relying on the watch for feedback. 30 days without using my Garmin was all I needed.

Interesting content! I've found a compomise, I cover the watch while running so I'm not tempted to keep checking it, but still get the data afterwards
This. Cyclist here. I mainly keep my computer on the map screen. But, I like to look at all of the data when I'm done. The worst thing I'm guilty of is often stretching a ride out to a whole number (plus like 0.1 to pay the Strava tax 🤣)
