It is very informative. No talking to distract from technique. Whether you knit continental or english you enter your stitch the same way. It is just another style of knitting.
Bonjour. j'ai adoré le réaliser car facile et rapide. j'en ai réalisé de toute taille pour toute morphologie (jeune enfant, enfant et ado) qui adorent et où leurs camarades et profs trouvent magnifiques.
I do not understand that weird backwards purl twisted yarn over thingamabob at all. But I knit English style. Not the purl twisted through back loop; that I understand. The other complicated purl thing. What is that?
Since there are parts of the video where you move very quickly to work parts the same and to move on to the next section, would you consider moving more slowly when you do the first few stitches of a different type, so that those of us who are English style knitters, can suss out your stitches? It's difficult to see because continental knitting has quite "tight" movements.
Would be nice if you continue to put the instructions on every row like you did at the beginning so we know which row you are at. Also you did not show how to do the decrease. Some of the your knitting does not follow the written instructions.
Hi. Our videos do not have sound. We are a worldwide company and our videos are watched by people around the world, speaking different languages, many of whom do not understand English. We have therefore written instructions to accompany this video, and there is no sound to disturb while watching. Enjoy!
I Agree!!! Yes, I understand that you are teaching globally, But, a soft music background is a lot more helpful to stitch rhythm(especially when watching), which makes your video easier to follow!!! AND, besides some sound, how about some videos for English not just Continental knitters??? You will reach A Lot more people!!!
Garnstudio, if you have watched tutorials on UA-cam I'm sure you're well aware they either have sound or have spoken instructions. You would reach a higher viewership if you did. Instead, your lack of attention to detail causes a lot of confusion. "You have to read the pattern to understand the video?" Be also aware many people watch these videos on the go and don't have a computer readily available to switch between UA-cam and a website. Consider the suggestions some viewers suggested.
I've made this shawl from the written pattern no confusion at all it came out perfect the details are hard to see but it looks just like the original. Very very pleased with it. _lh3.googleusercontent.com/Csi3HfPN3Vxj4kqVncLYsL3kGoAUWKFAI3SRpo6Ft6TVhNzhXydwewRgoDpssCc0JXB2J-a91g_
She isn't purling through the back loop. She is doing a Norwegian purl. Same as an ordinary purl but it leaves the yarn in the back instead of bringing it to the front. Search the pattern on their website and read it and you will understand the video because it is a simple pattern. Hope that helps.
Help! According to the subtitles in the top-right corner, isn't [Row 4] supposed to end with a 'P1' and not another 'P YO twist'? Because, to me, it looked as though you ended the row with TWO 'P YO twist' stitches and not the 'P1' - as it states..? 🤔
Thank you for the great knitting however like puzzle your knitting but I love puzzle Thank you for the friends who is have difficulty can slow down the video I take snap shot to show you here>>>>> prntscr.com/d4zkw0
she's not for newbies.. that's clear with the patterns and how she works her project up.. not slow to demonstrate how to do a stitch exacly.. we r meant to already know..
Love the pattern and your tutorial thanks for sharing your talent ❤️❤️❤️

Hi!
Your lessons are great! Thanks a lot!
Only one question, if you please, what is the algorithm of increasing the body of the shawl?
That is a beautiful way to knit. Thanks

She lost me with the K3, P YO twisted, P1. I’m an English knitter and can usually figure it out but this threw me.

Does this tutorial have sound? That hand movements are not clear. Purl through back loop is also not clear and knitting the last stitches looks odd

It's a Norwegian Purl stitch. Couldn't figure it out either until I watched multiple vids on different ways to purl.
