1976 Corvette 427 RESTOMOD

Even though I usually prefer original C3 Corvettes, in some special cases that rule goes out the window as with this beautiful customized 1976 Stingray.
Somehow, they managed to squeeze in a 427 LS7 engine under the hood along with many other accessories and custom touches, most notably a C2 Split Window tail.
Whether you like it or not is irrelevant as someone appreciated it enough to plunk down $51,700.
I like to remind people that Life is Too Short to Drive Boring Cars, and I can guarantee you nothing is boring about this '76.

Interesting build! It’s like several generations all rolled into one. I agree it’s nicely done and I bet it’s super fun to drive (assuming all the suspension and brakes match the power train.) Thanks for the look. 51k is a good price, IMO
