Thank you for all your great recipes !! My Dad’s side of the family was German and my Grandmother made gruetswurst, spelling probably wrong, or in Cincinnati, Ohio I have seen it called goetta. It is a breakfast dish of ground pork and stone ground oats and I have also heard maybe pearl barley cooked to make a porridge. Then it is put in a loaf pan and chilled. Once chilled it is removed from pan and cut into slices and fried on both sides until golden. It is very good but I wonder if you have heard of this and if so do you have a recipe ?
I always wait for your recipes, thank you.
