I swear eating is the hardest part. It's getting all those meals down, CONSTANTLY. Never mind that most of us have jobs and obligations that prevent us from eating every 2-3 hours. But none the less those are just excuses and if you want it bad enough you'll find a way.
Yeah and tbh you don't *need* to eat every 2 hours. Make adjustments around your lifestyle. Like you said, you'll find a way if you want to.

I work a full time job and I just eat a big breakfast, a way bigger lunch than I used to, something good to eat on the way home I like grilled chicken. Then I workout and eat after. It's been working pretty well for me but yeah like I don't eat every 3 hours I just try to pig out when I can eat. Granted I'm not one of these guys lol but I've been seeing results it's only like 4-5 big meals a day and maybe also a light meal/snack before bed
Def the hardest part. Working out is 1-2 hours, eating is the whole day. Sometimes I won’t even have enough time to relax

I think that Steroids helps with metabolism/breaking down foods quick.
I tried 6 meals did that shot 4 a month only.

Every day, every 2-3 hours is like Thanksgiving to a Bodybuilder.
With each meal they consume, it's mind blowing.
I would love this. I have a slow metabolism and struggle to not eat too much so as not to become fat.

10 years ago, when i was working out 4 times per week and eating 5 times per day, i was in lifetime shape. Now everyone tell mi that i was looking better in the past. It is because now i am working out rare and eating 3-4 times per day.

Forced overeating several times a day like these guys are doing, when they're not even hungry, is one of the reasons they don't make it past their 40's. Jay Cutler himself commented on the unhealthiness of forced overeating, having done it himself.

If you’re trying to put on size then this is the ONLY WAY! I know it might sound cliche but it’s 100% facts. You MUST eat big to get big! That’s it!!!

One day in future, we as humans could eat like the silverback gorilla's and being strong, and got a lot of stamina...without the roids and training.
Not sure bout the roids though. All that food needs quick metabolism nd I think roids help with that too...

Jay cutler was eating 7 meals a day with 12-16 oz of protein. That's like 16oz chicken = 150 g of protein.
Was eating like 1000-1400 g of protein a day. AND THATS WITHOUT PROTEIN POWDER.
