Im so glad im 15… I dont have to work to buy groceries, sups, etc. I have like 10 hours of free time a day, my mom meal preps for me, my dad taught me how to workout in general, i get rides to my gym and back… Im thankful im spoiled and love my family ❤️
I’m 15 I work for a general contracting company, put 300$ down for a year under the table at a gym (cause it was cash) started hitting and in 4 1/2 months in, gained 30 lbs and I have visibly grown to a point where I was wearing sweat shirts everyday to hid the progress till spring, it was hot in the class room took it off and everyone was staring and telling me how much I’ve changed. Reading books by dale carnegie listening to Andrew huberman and doing research on anabolics hydroxmethylbutrate ecdystrome and how to affect the private kynase during workout for maximum efficiency and perceived exertion. I started doing bulk meals and it’s a fucking nightmare dude props to your mom for doing them for you. Rice and chicken 3 boiled eggs, and quinoa are just my morning meals and I cook them all myself at 5:00 AM.

Exactly right. Normies think you just shoot tren and eat some anavar and you’re shredded. It takes an insane amount of working out/discipline/and dedication to get those physiques. If you shootvrouds but don’t diet and workout all you get is a big head and fat.

I consider eating big more difficult than my workouts, even though I demolish myself every time. When I began force eating I started seeing results, it's hard because you feel like you're gonna explode and vomit any time.

I'm a 59yr old male eating 7 times a day, walking ,7 miles a day, lifting weights (barbell) @65lbs. 5 lbs of venison/ free range beef, salmon and 12 eggs a week. my BP is 116/70 and Heart rate at resting is 68bpm.

I say this to clients every day. They all want to look like me, but no one will actually do what it takes with food consumption. Everyone seems to think that he'll be the 1 exception in World history to get big eating like a bird. Keep up the good work.

None of these guys ever talk about the real growth stimulators. It’s not super sets, drop sets, training partners, Arnold’s training program or power bodybuilding. It’s all about the drug schedule. I’m not against the drug aspect. The truth would be great for a change.

if a natty ate like that he would gain more fat than muscle! This is a diet for someone on roids. yes u have to take in more calories to build muscle but if ur a natty only do it in moderation. 200 to 300 over maintenance.

Problem is fitting all this into life while working overtime and taking care of family
Don't fit it in, family is alot more important I wasted my 20s by myself doing nothing but eat and train and for what? Some temporary muscles that left me the second I gave up that ridiculous way of living. Spend time with your kids instead. All I have to show for thousands of pounds of food and supplements and hours is a load of stretch marks and damaged knees and elbows.

Just been thinking since almost forty would like a healthier lifestyle, nothing crazy just have the time now since I was laid off but itll get in the way once back to 50+ hours a week at work. The thought of consuming that much food on the daily just doesnt seem possible for myself.
@@J3Crosses575 cycling is a much easier and arguably healthy thing to take up awesome for your lungs and cardio my bulky ass nearly died when I went from lifting to cycling but I damn sure felt better after a few months

Bodybuilders tend to focus more on protein and carbs. They mostly neglect to eat vegetables. This video is one of the few where I saw veggies in a bodybuilder's foof prep.
