I think your workouts could do the trick! They make me move a lot in a fun way :) Tips are always welcome ;)

Anyhow, the minute I heard the music and the vibe you gave, I was like “say less! Let’s do this!!!” For the baby, for health. I’m sold, I’m subbing!❤

I love this. We started zumba at our community center. Our instructor Is wonderful we have so much fun while dancing and moving around a great sweat. The same moves. 👍 ❤❤❤🤗👯♂️

I had shoulder surgery a month ago and have gained some weight due to inactivity. The doctor recommended walking and workouts I can do without my shoulder/arm. This is the first one that seemed to fit what i needed and it definitely felt like a workout. Thank you so much. Ill definitely be following for more.

I'm nearly 7 weeks post-op from my second THR in 5 months time and I've done two of your Zumba step-counting workouts this week just to see how my actual physical therapy is moving along. Your videos, more than a good and fun workout, have been great for my mental state! After 2 surgeries in 5 months and all that recuperating time it was REALLY nice to just move pretty normally (I still had to modify a few moves). Your enthusiasm and awesome accent are a joy! I will absolutely join your 12 week program after my 8 week post-op "all clear" from my doc. I'm very excited to join in!

Omg, thank you for this video! I was looking for proper dance for me for 30min, because I haven't ever dance before and I really poor feel my body. Everything was too hard and I eventually thought the dance isnt for me, but you changed it. Love you!!! It was a great fun

Good Zumba beginners workout!! I would only repeat every step 8 times instead of 4. It is easier to be able to get the move.
