I think your workouts could do the trick! They make me move a lot in a fun way :) Tips are always welcome ;)

I just recently discovered you a couple of weeks ago and I’m barely starting my weight loss journey again after weight gain from pregnancy and after losing my child. This is the most easiest cardio I could follow. I have knee problem. I have so much weight to lose and I just wanna thank you I really enjoyed your workout. I hope you post more. God bless you!

I had shoulder surgery a month ago and have gained some weight due to inactivity. The doctor recommended walking and workouts I can do without my shoulder/arm. This is the first one that seemed to fit what i needed and it definitely felt like a workout. Thank you so much. Ill definitely be following for more.
I'm nearly 7 weeks post-op from my second THR in 5 months time and I've done two of your Zumba step-counting workouts this week just to see how my actual physical therapy is moving along. Your videos, more than a good and fun workout, have been great for my mental state! After 2 surgeries in 5 months and all that recuperating time it was REALLY nice to just move pretty normally (I still had to modify a few moves). Your enthusiasm and awesome accent are a joy! I will absolutely join your 12 week program after my 8 week post-op "all clear" from my doc. I'm very excited to join in!
Can’t thank you enough for this workout. I’ve had a broken ankle and can finally do some exercising after 2 months of nothing. Loved it ! Easy moves even if you mess up just have fun

This is easy to follow, not too tough on a body like mine and it's not patronising or too happy-clappy like a lot of other videos I've seen. Thanks for just giving me a better start in my days x
