    Thanks! I have an old Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown, and all I had to do was change to the new APN. Easy peasy! :) - Im with Total by Verizon....bravo!

    Hi i have a straight talk home internet which was working amazingly well. Lately it has been showing that it is now connection to a server in brazil but im in Kentucky United States. How do i change that in my home router settings?

    I have spent hours, probably over 24 over the last 4 months. For days. A week at times. I have the entire script memorized between the several call centers. I have not only been hung up, disconnected, I have had at least 1 instance where the service was pulled on a seperate phone with malicious intent and another where I cannot say for certain.
    Not able to make calls, not use data or hotspot, no 4g, The last several times I called them today on another phone, my hotspot was pulled and I was disconnected.

      most likely your iphone gsm only not GSM/CDMA, it depends where you bought the from originally ?

    Simple mobile going to lose a lot of their value customers like me with that switch with Verizon. My billis goes up now every damn month & when you call them, you get a scripted answer. Oh, it's because of your zip code. Meanwhile, their sites stating their plans don't change, you will pay the same price. Bullshit. I'm leaving ✌️

    3 weeks and I still have no service with simple mobile customer service representative messed up my Sim card dude said my Sim card number doesn't exist on their system he started laughing at me saying are you sure that's a simple mobile sim card customer service representative are horrible. They left me without service.

      @@varietiesteck2 cool thanks for the help well I called customer 3 weeks ago because I wanted to use one of my other simple mobile phones because the Nokia c100 wasn't working the way it should it was freezing so I called customer service if they can please move my account to my Samsung Galaxy A01 also a simple mobile phone so what customer did was ok no problem so they sent me a Verification code number to my phone I have customer service verification code they said I didn't need a new Sim card I said ok cool let's do this so customer service representative changed everything Sim card number to the Samsung Galaxy A01 customer service said to me ok we are done just turn off your phone number and you are good to go so I did what customer service told me to do when I turn the phone on I didn't had no service I couldn't make no phone calls no internet all I seen was searching for service so I once again called customer service the new person i was talking to said that I needed a new Sim card to put my phone number and set it up with the Samsung Galaxy A01 so I bought a new simple mobile sim card I call again customer service customer service ask me for my Sim card customer service said I will send you a verification code I told customer service i don't uage service so he said I will send it tovyour Gmail account I waited and no verification code customer service said sorry without a verification code I can't move your account to the Sim card I was like omg customer service started laughing at me and hung up one me I'm telling you the first customer service should've told me first to my a new Sim card and nothing of this would've happened I didn't know I had to buy a new Sim card before moving my account to a different phone I don't think I can get my account back because without a verification code customer service will do nothing they will treat you like if you are crazy. 😏

      @@3xcalibur23_Music from the beginning if you would just took the sim out move it to new phone, it would have worked, unfortunately the case is getting more complicated, the only solution to have them send you the verification code via e-mail , and also make sure the new phone is %100 compatible, hope you good luck

      @@varietiesteck2 thanks for that info I didn't know you can just put your Sim card with any other simple phone now I know I will never call customer service representative ever again they all are horrible not just from simple mobile all other carriers have horrible customer service representatives that's why I learned now to never call customer service I will do it myself activate and switch Sim cards I went with att prepaid not enough data but good service maybe later I unlocked my att phone and go back with Simple mobile or Net10 I like the unlimited data they have that's the only thing they have. Thanks again for the info you gave me.
