I rarely comment on youtube videos but I couldn't resist on this. It has been a week of going back and forth with Safelinks (Tracfone) horrible customer service. The last person I spoke to barely spoke any English. They made me change my network mode multiple times and reset my network settings. Not once did they tell me that I should change my APN. Changing my APN solved my issue instantly. You are a true lifesaver! Thank you so much!
Holy smokes. I have been fighting this all day. Thank you for the video. As soon as I changed the APN to the second one mentioned the phone displayed 4G and started accessing the Internet. Thumbs up. You nailed it. You were the first one that I came across that offered that fix suggestion.
