Thank you! After spending over 15 hours & talking to 8 different Straight Talk employees over the last two days. All that had me do the same thing. Along with all the rests. None of which worked. This explained everything. Thanks.

Spent two days with Straight talk because could not get calls or make them. They never checked the VOLTE setting, which I did late after two days working with ST. It fixed it. You didit. I learned that ST had sone a reset during that time. So why not help me fix it in five minutes. Then my second phone did same and could not get setting right. ST said I had to do a factory reset, which I refused, they hung up on me. An hour later my phone was operative so they did something on that end. Why after three days of phone trouble shooting did it take them to fix mhy two phone. Had on luy 911 use of phone. No credit for days lost off my two phone and the dang stress. Thank you again.

There is a company that literally can't reach my landline or my state issued cell phone by voice because of this. I forwarded them your link to this video. Sometimes they don't get emails either. This is a nightmare! I wouldn't use Verizon if someone paid me a billion dollars!

You are the 1st to actually show the LTE disappearing when i attempt to make a call. My phone only has network option of LTE/CDMA. No Volte or other. I guess i need a new phone to make calls again? Do all new phones have the VoLTe capability?

My straight talk phone goes to numbers 1-0 and that says put in pin and it says emergency calls
