The plot of cloning famous people from history and selling them to the highest bidder is intriguing. What happens if the clones did not meet expectations of the buyer? Like a clone of Einstein is not good with physics? Will the buyer get a refund from the sale?
This won't be the answer you're looking for but I would say that it depends on what the seller advertised/promised and what the buyer expected. Going with your example of Einstein; if someone bought a clone of Einstein for the sole purpose of having him be good at physics and the clone didn't meet said expectations, then I would argue that the buyer would be entitled to a refund, also considering the fact that the seller would have told the buyer that he was getting a clone of Einstein that would be equally as good at physics as the original. On the other hand; let's say that I were to buy a clone of Scarlett Johansson. For the sake of the example, let's assume that whoever makes these clones can create them at any age, meaning that I wouldn't have to raise Scarlett from when she was a baby and just got her from the store at her 20s. So, would I be entitled to a refund if clone Scarlett wasn't as good an actress as the original? Well, that depends on whether I bought her because I wanted her to be an actress or if I just wanted to have the physical manifestation of Scarlett Johansson. The same goes for what the seller would promise; 1) an exact physical copy of Scarlett Johansson. or B) Scarlett's clone that would also be a good actress. If it's #1, then I probably wouldn't be entitled to a refund because the expectations were met and whether she was a good actress would not have been a motivation for me to enter into the bargain. Just for some biblical clarification... the "child" would be considered both Christ and the Antichrist to the upper clergy. In Revelation it says that the second coming of Christ signals the start of the end of days. To a true Christian, the end of the world is not a bad thing, so accepting it leads to your eternal salvation. If you acknowledge the antichrist as God then the opposite will occur. Remember that different groups of Christians interpret slightly differently. However, these are the points that hold steady through MOST interpretations of upper clergy. (I am a nondenominational Christian theosophist, so the research is there... but this is a generalization, so don't be too harsh on me if it's not 100% to your faith.)
I am curious how would the child be considered the Christ? especially by the clergy who are professing the faith of Christ, they already know that Christ has come...or what do you mean by clergy?
@@Waridi23 This is actually a good question! General population beliefs in Christianity usually interpret christ/antichrist as separate beings, but the more you study the Bible and the symbology behind it, the more the line blurs until it is erased completely. How both were God's favorite, then sent to earth to complete the same mission (albeit in different ways) of saving humanity. But only one has died, which kinda spoils the end of the book lol

It is the highest form of deception and is exactly what the Apostle paul warned about is 2 Thessalonians 2: 1-4. and I will specifically quote 2 Thessalonians 2:1-11...Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us-whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter-asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. 3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 5 Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6 And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. 1 John 2:22- 23 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist-denying the Father and the Son. 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Ruler of hell isn't Satan. He'd be burning there along side with other sinners. Don't know why Hollywood try to portray satan as some kind of edge king for rebellion and getting his butt kicked out of heaven when he's nothing but a loser.
Lucifer's vision is kinda different, he is called the king of hell because the concept of this position is interesting, It is not some kind of power, it is the greatest punishment, as it is the opposite of God who is the greatest reward, the greatest love, and the greatest pleasure, so the king of hell Unlike the King of Sky, he will be Hate in its purest form and will suffer the worst, his only desire is to make others suffer and due to the fact of his past power that he can never Lost tortures his kind to make himself feel better, but his hypocrisy and hatred only lead to more agony, the fact that he is the opposite of God makes no sense, and that is the biggest pain, Satan is called the ruler of darkness by the minions for fear of his power but ultimately it's futility, Evil will destroy Evil. And Lucifer's pride shows this.
Nah, Satan is God's Agent not his Enemy. He's Warden of God's Prison doing god's Work imprisoning unredeemed/unredeemable Souls. Demons are just Angels tasked as Prison Guards. There is no difference between Asura Angels & Daeva Demons ...only work roles.

What you are seeing is the situation in which the two entities are of the same “master” and had the same possessor inside. Sadly, they eventually drag each other down and cancel out. If they meet half way and make peace with their past actions, they can be reborn.
Not being the kind of guy who would meet halfway and make peace with their past actions is the most defining character of the biblical Lucifer, a version of him that would do that is basically not Lucifer at all
So Rosemary's Baby meets The Omen with some sci-fi. The Shroud of Turin was dated to the 13th Century, they gotta stop using that in these kinds of movies. The name Lucifer comes from the Greek's recognizing Venus being the brightest object in the sky just before dawn, the light itself was the entity Phosphorus and Venus was called the Bringer of the Light or Lucifer in ancient Greek. Add aspects of Pan and Hades, a bit of Ares, a few Egyptian gods like Anubis and you have Satan.
@@michaelmccandless1280 The serpent in Eden was never referred to as a snake just like the fruit was never referred to as an apple. Ladon was killed by Hercules but in some stories it was Atlas while Herc was holding up the Heavens. While I've enjoyed the concept of cloning in various movies and shows, I know that realistically, cloning humans is as difficult as creating artificial gravity in space. It is costly, and next to impossible as of now. I don't know what the future holds but I'm certain that in order for us to advance in these fields, we'll have to move quickly and make a concentrated effort to get it done. Long range space travel to procure resources would be the most pressing issue we'll have to look forward to in the near future but I digress.
It's not THAT difficult, we've cloned large mammals with a certain amount of success. Human cloning is banned everywhere, or at least everywhere that gives a shit about international law. That leaves China as somewhere who also has the money you'd need. And the last thing they need is more people.
There's another movie recap how about a bunch of special forces commando go back in time and they catch Jesus and shoot him man that's a hell of a damn
for me is like this: nobody is an evil or good person there are only good and bad deeds. and we have soul free will to do these deeds. even murderer is not a bad person or good. there is bad energy around us and good energy. bad tempts us to do the wrong thing. good wants us to do a right thing. there is also suffering and happiness. bad deeds causing suffering good deeds give happiness.
@@Dooncat I agree, people are complex and we shouldn't group them. But deeds can be much more easily grouped, though sometimes there are grey areas too.
Supposedly, that issue is due to a fire that occurred with the shroud. Even then, I was told the jews folded their burial cloths over their dead around this time, not wrapping them up like the shroud portrays. That came at a much later date.
Wouldn't work, the holiness would burn him away. There's no way. Plus god literally created the devil, like he couldn't snap him out of existence. If he wanted.
The plot details don't make any sense haha. If there is a literal hole into Hell, where Lucifer is literally bodily chained to a rock, why does Lucifer need a host body? Also when he becomes smoke/energy why does he enter through the mouth? The digestive track isn't connected to the reproductive track. If he can just phase through the body why not just to through the stomach instead of the mouth?
and to note that the Shroud of Turin is a known fake and that line about reigning in hell rather then serve in heaven is from Paradise Lost, and just the fact that their ENTIRE PLAN hinges on extractingb Jesus DNA from the shroud, already throws out their ENTIRE PLAN 😂
The host body thing also didn't make sense to me, especially considering Michael and Lucifer were just fine in their actual bodies in the beggining of the movie.
I have a similar reply like this somewhere where I note the similarities between Christ and the Antichrist. How both were God's favorite, then sent to earth to complete the same mission (albeit in different ways) of saving humanity. But only one has died, which kinda spoils the end of the book lol

@@Doomted90 Anne i have read the revelations i have read the Bible very well, and no where in the Bible is the Christ and the antichrist compared as one thing, as saviours. That is heresy not worthy to be typed.
I quote this few scriptures, and there are many many more that state the same thing because God does not contradict Himself.

Ruler of hell isn't Satan. He'd be burning there along side with other sinners. Don't know why Hollywood try to portray satan as some kind of edge king for rebellion and getting his butt kicked out of heaven when he's nothing but a loser.
People take that quote from Paradise lost but never actually bother to learn the context.

Not being the kind of guy who would meet halfway and make peace with their past actions is the most defining character of the biblical Lucifer, a version of him that would do that is basically not Lucifer at all
Was hoping they would place the Depesh Mode song in this movie somewhere....
It was actually not, what was dated to the 13th century was carbon from a church fire. The shroud is much older.

You made an asp out of yourself by forgetting the snake form in Eden.
@@michaelmccandless1280 The serpent in Eden was never referred to as a snake just like the fruit was never referred to as an apple. That story also comes from Greek myth, Tree of Life where the Golden Apples grew in the Garden of Hesperides, the orchard of Hera. Hesperides were the 3 garden nymphs who guarded the garden but kept stealing apples so Hera had a serpent Ladon placed in the garden to stop them. Ladon was killed by Hercules but in some stories it was Atlas while Herc was holding up the Heavens. The stolen apple Herc took (or Atlas, father of the Hespirides, depending on the storyteller) was the same one that led to the Trojan War, the Golden Apple that went to Helen of Troy.
@@michaelmccandless1280 Hesperides also comes from Hesperus, "The Evening Star" aka Venus, but rather than the Dawnbringer they were Daughters of the Sunset or West. Hesperus and Phosphorus are the same entity but represent Dawn and Dusk, they are the light reflected off the planet Venus.

While I've enjoyed the concept of cloning in various movies and shows, I know that realistically, cloning humans is as difficult as creating artificial gravity in space. It is costly, and next to impossible as of now. Long range space travel to procure resources would be the most pressing issue we'll have to look forward to in the near future but I digress.
They don't really clone, they just use the DNA to give birth to a descendant.
