    Chef i have been selected assistant cook for continental cuisine on cruise ship but i work in indian cuisine but i was able to answer questions i was selected for continental cuisine and thare is no indian cuisine so i said yes. Will i face any problem after joining ship? . I will get to learn about continental cuisine?

    Sir kya restaurant mein har din fresh dish milta hai ? Sach batana jhoot mat nahin

      Dish is always prepared and served fresh. Gravy or Sauces are always prepared in the morning or a day in advance. If the chef would start preparing for gravy after you order, you'll have to sit for atleast 1.30-2 hours. Just like mothers in the home need whole evening to prepare fancy dishes.
