    Finally finished this series - I did every single one. Thank you for keeping me motivated all the way! I laughed when you said try to keep the room warm - because every day is warm and humid in Singapore. I'm looking forward to building my (already improved) fitness with your other videos. Thank you for this excellent series!

    Did the entire Zero to Hero program on my new Aviron Strong Go as my first program. It was great. The first sessions are short so if you already have rowing experience you can do more than one a day to get to the tougher sessions in order. I would defiantly recommend this series for all levels of rowers.
