you my sir are a hero! Please if its possible, to also make a video on how to change transmission oil on the 10 speed and what kind of transmission fluid to use
Top work mate. Have had a Ranger Raptor since December 2018 and the fuel filter changes at 30k and 60k were a pain as I couldn't find any info on fuel pipe clips and just flexed the whole top half out the way and changed the filter in the car!!! Just found your video today for the 90k and it made life SO MUCH EASIER well done on an easy to follow step by step
boz nilagyan namin ng fuel filter hindi na lagyan ng oring sa ibabaw tapoz pag andar lumabas ang diesil palabas anu ma sasabi mo tapos pag lagay namin ng oring sa ibabaw hindi na umandar
I service and maintain motorsport cars in Vic, not road-based. This is my personal car. Since these cars are new enough to be covered by capped price servicing, there is very little public info on how to maintain them. I’ll add videos/guides as need arises to help others.
Why do certain brands of vehicles use such ridiculous and labour intensive [to service] fuel filters? There are plenty of very convenient and better alternatives such as the Stanadyne type bayonet fitting that is secured by a twist-on plastic collar. There are now many generic copies of that filter type, which means that they are competitively priced and almost unbeatable. There are others of course, including simple screw-on canisters that look like oil filters and are replaced in the same way. None of this faff. It is worth noting that on the current Next Generation Ranger, this filter is located underneath the vehicle and accessed ideally when the Ranger is lifted. It is on the inside of the chassis rail, near the transmission.
Brilliant video! Well produced straight to the point good clear image in just the right spots - 10 pointer 👍

Very good
Is it the bi-turbo 2.0 diesel engine that requires within 10-15 minute oil change?
No time limit with the bi-turbo
@aussiedriver hey mate thanks for the info, is there anything to look out for on a 2019 biturbo pre purchase ?
How many kilometers before you change fuel filter?
That's every 20k kms
Every second oil change. But if it’s not likely to have and contaminate I go every 3rd Saves $100
Hi there, you do scheduled servicing on these cars? Which state?

If we do not do OBDII scanner it can be or not?
Didn’t even know Ford made a diesel for a Ranger must be something overseas
if you bleed the air out before, should be much easier to start 😅
