What you need:
• 1 Medium Avocado
• 1 Garlic Clove
• ¼ Cup/ 60g Sour Cream
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Paprika
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• ¼ tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
• Fresh Parsley
Directions
Peel and add in a food processor 1 medium avocado, 1 garlic clove, 60g of sour cream, season with salt as per your taste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, one quarter of sriracha hot sauce or you can skip this step in case you don’t want a hot version, and pulse until all ingredients are creamy. This is it, season with black pepper, some chopped fresh parsley and some paprika and enjoy it with nachos while watching a good movie or with friends!
