如果用廚師機打蛋,如何可隔熱水打蛋?
用桌上型攪拌機的話是無法隔水加熱了,一樣可以打發,只是需要時間較長。
蛋糕味道挺不錯,就是蛋糕焗的時候凹陷,而且質感很粗。試了2次也這樣🥲請問我到底哪裡出錯了?
很有可能是烤溫太高或烤太久~通常烤溫跟時間依照每個烤箱的功能不同,建議要自行調整喔!

There are so many possible reasons for this. It’s happened mostly in the mixing. When mixing with the flour, you may have over-mixed the batter.
What brand of whipping cream do u use?
It’s a Japanese brand called takanashi.

你的烤箱溫度可能不夠 用160烤看看,內縮的話就是你的麵糊本身狀態不對或是烤過頭喔。
