In a real gun fight, I doubt you have time to check your red dot before (3:07).
At the end of the day, you’ll handle the problem with whatever you have on hand.

Because that isn't their sole goal. They both compete so they use competition rigs.

Gun fights are competitions, and are open class. Any work with shooting pistols transfers, its sights and triggers
