Great information shared in this interview. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with us. I have a lot to work on it appears!! But at least this is fun to get practice in on!! Have a great week TPC crew!!!
Thanks Rossen for your advices at Extreme Euro Open, regarding shooting fast Mike mouse. In last 25 years Eric lose only two locals matches, one of them vs Bob Vogel.... and lots of Shoot off, where there are no Math to calculate HF 😀
I'm still green to professional competition shooting (but not a novice with guns, having been in LE). But this is the guy who influenced my decision to exclusively purchase CZs both for EDC & competition shooting. I'm in a country where Glock rules the roost!
Hit Factor can define what will be more important at a specific stage. In short, the higher the HF is the stage, the speed is a priority, and vice versa. Obviously, you still need to collect your points but a few C's more are not going to hurt as much if you have a really good time on a high HF stage and you can even win that stage. So HF is basically how many points per second you score. 👍🏻
I'm confused. Doesn't the IPSC World Shoot happen every 3 years? In which case Eric has been champion for 27 years, or has he been champ for 9 years and won it 3 times?
Yes, actually he has been dominating for quite longer. His first official world title in the men's category was in 1999 in Cebu, Philippines as a junior. At that time he was a junior worldshoot silver medalist from 1996 in Brasilia.
Rossen, you’re a great instructor!
Love watching you and being in your class was even far greater!

So, Hit Factor is more important that the available Stage Points?

Did he say "math" at the beginning of the interview? #yes
Yes, he did 😉
Say it Pepe le pew. “ I love crepes”!
Yes, but he is 9 times world champion. Not a biggie right? 😉
He's the 'word' champion? Hmm.
What do you mean by that question?
@TacticalPerformanceCenter Look at your thumbnail for the video.
@@turn-n-burn1421 Fixed 👍🏻 Thank you for bringing that to us! It slipped unnoticed somehow.
