my skin has stated pealing alot lately and I found that using three different moisturizers and a face mist really helps
Something that helps with my skin is after I go in with my cleanser and rinse it off, go in again with 100% natural honey and wash face again with the honey, then I use the cetaphil moisturizer :)
(Also shaving my face once every week or so helps)

It helps with overall hydration which is good for everything in your body, including your skin :) but it doesn’t straight up clear your skin all by itself, for sure

Unpopular opinion - I dont like the“absolutely perfect skin” trend. I myself have a lot of freckles, some dark spots, scars from doing sports too much and not being good at it, and I feel it kinda gives the face more personality and dimension. Freckles are cute!
Exactly! Perfect skin is not real skin!!! it's actually a very strange trend seeing all this airbrushed skin because I look in the mirror, and I forget that my skin is SUPPOSED to have texture, veins, and bumps because I am ALIVE, not a photoshopped internet personality!!

Doesn’t the “drink water” thing just help for people who usually drink soda and coffee? Because sugar does give breakouts to most people so maybe that’s what they mean
also water helps clean out your system so if your eating foods that effect your acne drinking water is gonna help. He was definitely wrong with that one
Madison Eats I definitely noticed the connection between drinking water and how clear my skin is. I don’t drink fizzy drinks but I also didn’t drink a lot of water so my skin would have the odd spot every now and then. Before the quarantine started, I made sure to drink lots of water and I noticed how much nicer my skin was. During the quarantine, I haven’t been drinking water at all, mostly just tea and flavoured water. My skin is punishing me because i have more spots now, than I have had in my life time. I need to start drinking water again.
@@elsiemaghzi7596 water doesn't directly clean anything. Water is a thing your body needs to function so it's good to keep hydrated, but your liver and kidneys are what clean out your body.
@@OriLOK2 yessss thank you. Drinking more water helps only if a) you usually drink sugary drinks b) you don't drink enough already.
Hyram says that drinking excess water (besides the 1.5 - 2 litres you should be drinking) doesn't help the skin coz you're not dehydrated.
BUT if you are drinking less than you're supposed to then your dehydrated system could show on your skin

Well my skin is bad gentically, I have rosacea and acne. But when I started my skincare routine with the right products my skin cleared up

I think a lot of people also underestimate the importance of nutrition. Drinking water and eating healthier can really make a difference.
