Wow what a difference looks really cool
They look awesome man 👌🏻
Hi wheels look great, I wouldn't bother with the arches, but be careful with spacers in case they rub, I'm on my seventh Saab my current Saab being a 2011 93 Griffin Aero auto in Artic white, Bilstein B8 Eibach spring, Hirch remap, great to find new Saab channel all the best from the UK
Awesome job! Look forward to seeing your upgrade version of saab 93.
Looks awesome!!!
Wow I'm really impressed with the new rims and I liked your original ones and as far as flares I say go for it painted or not. I think they would look good in black
Thanks Phillip! I did like the look of the old wheels but I wanted to change things up a bit! I need to do some more research on the flare idea but I appreciate the suggestions.
@@WeakestofWeeks your welcome and I think the flares would make it look even more aggressive
That's a really good price, I got my last month for $700 + $200 ship from UK NEW 19Inch
Before I snagged these wheels up I was watching a 19" set on Ebay. I never pulled the trigger on them because my roads are pretty terrible. I figured 18's were probably a safer bet but I prefer the 19" look.
Oof, I do not like the flare idea on that sleek car. But damn I love the new wheels!
Ez Lip have a flare/guard variant.
You can probably find other variants on eBay
Opel / Vauxhall Insignia have 5x120, from 2017 and up it was changed to 5x115.
Opel / Vauxhall Astra have 5x105 or 5x115 depending on the engine.
This rims in this size, bolt pattern and center hole was only in Opel / Vauxhall Corsa D OPC / VXR and E OPC / VXR
Excellent info. Thank you for sharing!
By the way I think you can install 2017 Onstar module and you can get Wi-Fi An onstar will actually work because the Silvers are still up
That'd be pretty neat if it works!
After finishing this video I think you should just get spacers thats what I would do anyways. After getting you're new beauty volvo did you still keep your blue project 93 as well?
As much as I wanted to keep the blue Aero I decided to sell it so someone else could have a solid new daily driver.
Check out tunstyle for their body kits they look very nice and Oem like
Yes, Tunstyle has the replica Hirsch body kit, not necessarily a “flare” kit but it definitely looks custom OEM.
My dad rund 25mm in the Back and 20mm in the front
Where did you get the wheels refinished/powder coated? Can you post the link for 60mm aluminum Saab emblems from eBay?
I'll have to see if I can find the emblems link. As for the wheels, they were refinished by my friend George @ Screaming Turtle Specialty Coatings in Ohio facebook.com/Screamingturtlecoatings/
so u opted for 40 instead of 45! why? dont the lower profile 40 ride much harder than the 45?
For sure the thicker the tire sidewall the better the vehicle rides. With lowered suspension I personally don't feel much difference between a 40 or 45 sidewall, so I went with thinner to get better fitment
VAUHALL RIMS, FROM GERMANY OR ENGLAND?
Technically these are replicas of the real deal. I don't know where they were actually produced but I'm pretty sure they were originally sold on Ebay from England
