I saw your comment on another channel, about Intentional Communities. Made a view of a few of your videos here, very nice....much Heart and Love! For some context: I am in San Diego, started with conscious living/healing arts as a teenager. After a few years in music, I worked most of my adult life full-time in Spiritual Community, Healing Arts, etc. and my current "day job" is in Design of Intentional Communities, Organic Farms & Gardens, Lakes, Swimming Pools, Landscapes and outdoor projects of all kinds....hundreds and hundreds of projects. Have done projects in California, Hawaii (over 60 on Maui past 18 months), Texas, Oregon (many years), FL, NC, AZ, NV, WA. I subscribed to your page here and will keep a look for your future videos.

@@NewEarthlings I am not currently living in a community. I lived for one in many years in Oregon. Right now I help people with designing with land, how to get in the roads, where to put buildings such as homes or a barn for horses or greenhouses or any other structures, how to work with watering systems. I also have collaborators, One is a chef and has done a restaurant with farm to table and community for many years on Kauai and in Panama. The other is a building architect and another works with alternative energy. Basically, can help people design and develop their project. I will look at your page and see if there is an email, or you can send me an email, I have many photographs and could share more information. I am in San Diego Southern California at the moment. I really like your video. I have anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and a history of thyroid disease so I would like to try this sometime to help alleviate with my anxiety.
Remember that cacao might amplify the sensations as it makes you more aware of your feelings. This can also be helpful as you can dive deep into the source of anxiety easier.
I went to my first cacao ceremony in Sedona a few years ago. It was a beautiful experience!

Thank you beautiful people . I used to eat raw cacao before sport to improve stamina , but often I experienced headaches afterwards . I find the effect very pleasant . It feels like your more eloquent and you feel energized but relaxed at the same time . Unlike coffee which tends to make you hyperactive and prone to overthinking . Thanks again for your videos . From my experience cacao, nature and brain has a strong connection.
For me it's the nature and heart, this connection naturally arises as the mind quiets down 🙏
Yeah its amazing, my wife have a big problem with caffeine. She cant drink coffee and green tea also is impossible. Cacao do she wake up and feeling energized now :)
And also it can be more than just that. It does magic to us :)

Yes, you are more connected to your heart which means that you feel things more and it's very normal to have lots of sadness there too. It needs to be allowed and felt completely 💖
Will you come back to berlin one day and hold workshops like raw connection again (once corantine is over)? This was my first cacao ceremony and it was so great :-) I regret that I didnt join more often
It was really beautiful to have you there with us, and for us it's so sad that we are not allowed to host such a healing event due to the luck down 😢 but we hope that we will be allowed to do it again, that will be one of the reasons that motivate us to go back.

Yes very much in the 11th century only Japanese monks and aristocrats were allowed to drink Matcha they would even drink it to stay up saying their prayers. Also the samurai came to drink matcha. It has its own history

what is actually like to have a cacao ceremony? I suppose it is not something like an ayahuasca ceremony?
my second question is: is it possible to do it alone? can any raw cacao be used (from organic shop) or there is special cacao (in that case, can it be bought in europe)? If you can give me few short notes...
We will post a video soon about how to do a cacao ceremony. Yes you can do it alone, I personally love drinking cacao before events and to just connect to myself. The cacao should be raw, so not heated or roasted. This is the most important point. Also not in powder form but in bulks (they call it cacao liquor). You can buy it in Europe although it usually comes from South America and can be ordered online. -miia

Cacao might help you to be more present in your body and to access your emotions. However, the cacao alone will not do it, it's necessary that you learn to give yourself unconditional presence.

25-35 depends on the quality of the cacao :)

I'm on 2-3 ounces raw cacao, with cinnamon and cayenne pepper five days in. I feel like another person at this point...can I work my way up to 40-50 cups a day like Mayan leaders/Montezuma II?
40 cups a day that's extreme does, I don't know if your system will handle it, and I think it's not healthy to take so much at once.
Cacao is a medicine and using to much and too often might get us out of balance and reverse the healing effect.

@@NewEarthlings Unfortunatley my journey was cut short after a mere two weeks. I had gotten up to maybe 6 ounces a day cacao powder, but my stomach began to hurt BADLY! Looking back I realize I was a real dumbass because I wasn't even fortifying the powder with fat like I had done in the past when I ate the stuff like fudge. At this point I'm looking into Miami Fruit cacao pods, but I'm so stupid I can't even understand if that stuff is organic or not...GODDAMN!

@@NewEarthlings For some reason I can't seem to learn from these problems. Like I had something similar happen three years ago when I unsuccessfully tried to cleanse my system of heavy metal toxicity with cabbage juice. I had a quart of freshly juiced juice first thing in the morning for three months, rubbed it about my skin from head to toe at times, did 10-15 minutes eyes rubbage, and occasional retention enemas. Not only did I fail to detoxify, but I became depressed and did damage to my stomach just like with my failed cacao experience. I just can't get anything to work no matter what I do.
