Chewy Chocolate Brownies

These Chewy Chocolate Brownies are a favourite with my family and friends. Try making these super easy and delicious brownies and you won’t ever need another brownie recipe. This will be your go-to recipe. You can add nuts or leave them out.
Recipe : Chewy Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
1 ⅔ cups Granulated Sugar
1 ⅓ cups All Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 tablespoons Water
¾ cup Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
¾ cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1 cup Nuts
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1. Switch the oven on at 180ºC.
2. Grease your pan - and layer with parchment paper (for easy removal later)
3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
5. Spread into the baking pan.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out slightly sticky.
7. Cool down before cutting.
8. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
9. Enjoy!
