For anyone who doesn't use Cups to measure
    175 ml of oil
    200g of Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 eggs
    95g Flour
    50g Cocoa Powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt

I just made these, they were so soft and delicious, but I have few tips to make it better.
1.) Forget the 2 tbsp+1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder. Just add 1/3. Or if you don't like bitter brownies, just switch the 1/3 to 1/4 cup.
2.) add 1 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup because it was too bitter for me. For those who like a slight bitterness, just leave it or add 3 more tbsp of sugar to the 3/4 cups
3.) Optional) add flaky sea salt as soon as the brownies come out of the oven. :)
Other than that it was delicious! (I didn't know these tips the first time I made them so I just topped the top of the brownies with powdered sugar-)
edit: yes use one less egg (2 eggs total)- or else it comes out more like a cake

I read a few comments saying that their brownies were too bitter so I just added 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and 1 cup sugar (instead of 3/4th cup). And I used vegetable oil instead of butter and kept it in the oven for a little over 25 mins. They turned out fudgy and soft with a good crust!

Hey I made these 2 times, the first time I made them they were really bitter and they weren’t chewy at all, it was just bitter cake so I improved the recipe the second time and they turned out delish! Here is how I made them!😋😋
Instead of adding loads of coco powder, only add 1/3 cup.
To make the brownies sweeter add 1 cup of sugar & 1/4 cup more
To make them chewier, bake them for 22-23 minutes in a 180 degree c pre heated oven.

Mine tastes really sweet though at 3/4 cup of sugar so I don’t know what people are going on about in the comments about it being bitter, it really has to do with your preference. I also added some dark chocolate chunks and white chocolate chunks. I used dutch processed cocoa powder so the flavor was more intense, and after combining wet and dry ingredients I added a splash of pure coffee to really bring out the flavor. Have fun making it :)

This was actually one of the best brownie recipe’s I ever made. I didn’t have brown sugar or butter so I used normal granulated sugar and margarine and it’s still turned out absolutely delicious. Other recipes i tried always turned out cake like or didn’t even taste that good. If you are looking for that comment to see if this recipe works let me tell you this is the one. My ONLY problem was that instead of half an hour I had to bake mine way longer like about 45-50 minutes but it still turned out great.

Just made this and it turned out amazing! So soft and chewy it tasted better than store brought brownies! I just made half the quantity cause we’re a small family lol! I also substituted one of the eggs with 4 table spoons of plain Greek yogurt, since I didn’t wanna use 2 eggs and I can’t use 1 and a half eggs 😂, I also added chocolate chips into the batter which added even more moisture in the brownies! Will definitely make these again in the future for when I’m craving something chocolatey! Thank you for this recipe!!
P.s: this was my first time making brownies and I’m happy it was this successful lol!

I basically made a dense bitter cake that was very dry. But trying to fix it I made it a poke cake by pouring caramel coffee into it and tbh it tasted amazing. Kinda like bootleg, dollar tree tiramisu. I’d make it again lol

Okay. I just made these. Thoughts:-
    1. I put 1 cup of brown sugar instead of regular sugar
    2. I baked them w lower heat only for abt 15 mins at first then, i add another 10 mins. (I should have add only 5 and see how it comes out). Anyways, They coming out as a cakey texture instead of fudgy moist brownies. I guess every oven have different settings which u hv to know and keep an eye on it for u to know whats best for you.
    3. Turns out delish too ! not drying and a bit moist at the top of the cake. And mine doesnt taste bitter at all. They just perfect! I can conclude that its a success too lol
