If you remember in Tales of the Jedi... the episode that starts with Ahsoka taking a test against training remotes in front of a bunch of Jedi... there was a young padawan watching on, getting all pumped like, "Yo! That was amazing!"
That was Caleb Dume.
Caleb was also in a scene in season seven of TCW during THE conference call just after the siege of Mandalore, and the battle over Courascant
it would be really cool to see what kind of adult he would grow up to be
. He's literally a adult already lol
@@Pinkielover I’m sure it was a joke. Since there’s a duality here that separates the child that he was to the man he is.
"This is good. When it gets strange, it's a good thing" the essence of the show
Lothal is a character in the show. Something difficult to do in animation.
Perfectly encapsulated what the show is going for this last season, and yes, not an easy idea to portray, in any format. Great comment
Hearing Marketa call Chris a whore in the beginning on this video was a 10/10 hahah
Rukh is a Noghri .
In Legends, the Noghri were employed by the Empire as assassins. In fact, Rukh was Tharwn's personal bodyguard. The Noghri were extremely loyal to Darth Vader believing he had brought machines to save their world. When Leia, whom they revered for being Vader's daughter, arrived on the planet, she discovered that those machines actually poisoned the planet. Upon learning that, the Noghri rebelled and Rukh personally killed Thrawn right before the Grand Admiral was about to defeat the New Republic.
Approximately 3 weeks until the gang get emotionally destroyed when they release 4x10's reaction to the public.
Everything with Caleb starts getting so ominous
I cannot wait for y'all to experience the rest of the ride. :D
The Force resides in all living things. Filoni lives by this.
Kanan’s real name was revealed in a comic about him, maybe mentioned in the novel where he and Hera met, and then said on screen by Maul in S3. Hera apparently knows, so Maul says.
It’s not a tunnel in the planet, the wolves create the tunnels using the force. It’s called hyperspace tunneling
I don’t think Rukh has anything against lasats, he just has a good sense of smell and Zeb having a strong odor has been a running joke for the whole show
I think the Grand Inquisitor even calls him Caleb Dume in the first season when he's torturing him but I might be misremembering.
@@ThePhantomOtaku he doesn’t, but he probably found out the name since he figured out Billaba was his master
This season just gets better and better I love this season more than the whole show, can’t wait to finish it with you guys
im pretty sure that hyperspace lanes are just a path you can go into hyperspace that are clear from obstacles that that ship could collide and blow up.
So you can go into hyperspace anywhere but its risky because you dont know if there are obstacles so hyperspace lanes are just safe places to travel through.
Yeah you’re right, blind jumps are super dangerous, jumps using one beacon are a little safer, jumps with a string of beacons improve your odds and full hyperspace lanes are safe routes (unless you’re in the High Republic Era and the Nihil are causing trouble)
Prospecting new Hyperspace Routes has always been one of the coolest sounding jobs in Star Wars honestly, dangerous as f*ck but you’d get to visit a bunch of planets and solar systems that are untouched or were forgotten by history.
One of Star Wars fans' perennial "Could Hulk beat Superman in an arm wrestling contest?" questions is "Who's the better pilot, Han or Hera?". That move at the end of this episode is a pretty solid point in her favor.
I think the "Caleb Dume" backstory was introduced a few years before this episode, either in the novel about Kanan and Hera's first meeting or a comic miniseries that had a flashback to Caleb surviving Order 66, so super-fans got to theorize the heck out of what it meant when the wolf first said "Dume" in the previous episode, before this one brought everybody up to speed. I'm glad they didn't stretch it out longer than that; I read pretty much everything they put out, but I'm not a fan of actual plot points (as opposed to pure fanservice bonuses / easter eggs) in a show or movie relying on knowledge of something from a novel, video game, comic, etc.
The Hera move was a reference to a similar move Han has already done.
The correct answer is Anakin. Greatest star pilot in the galaxy
Nothing good follows a kiss in Star Wars: Han get carbonited; Leia, Chewie, and a decarbonited Han get caught/recaptured by Jabba; Leia kisses her brother and Han gets mad; the Empire descends on Echo Base - Hoth; and Begin, the Clone Wars did.
I promise you that if they didn’t see the tracker hit the speeder then they never would be talking all this shit about how they should know about the tracker lol
That HAD to be the title! 🥳🥳🥳
I can’t wait for episode 10
Between wolfs and space whales, there is clearly something linking the Force and hyperspace.
Thrawn’s people, the Chiss, also use Force Sensitives to navigate hyperspace.
Also (and I can’t get specific because of spoilers) the High Republic novels feature a super important side character who’s force sensitive and has a crazy interesting connection to Hyperspace.
Season 4 episodes 9 & 10 is a 1. and 2.part Episode you guys should watch those 2 Episodes together
For the love of the timeline, REMEMBER the name Caleb Dume. You're going to hear it in Bad Batch and it was in Tales of the Jedi.
"And then one of them dies"
Too soon Spidey, too soon!! 😭
SHADDUP!
The scene where Hera jumps in the hyper space to the construction sphere, was right out of a play on the scene of Star Wars, a new Hope or Han Solo does the scene maneuver with the death star. It was never filmed, but it was story boarded.
All paths are coming together
Quick correction, hyperspace lane arent like naturally existing tunnels , though I understand the confusion, they’re just the paths that have been verified to use when in hyperspace because you don’t hit anything with enough gravity to tear you out of hyperspace.
Snitchass subtitles spoiling the spelling of Dume, you're supposed to think the wolf is warning them of some vague doom that is coming until this reveal
Unless you remember Maul calling Kanan by his real name in the previous season.
Eh to be fair if it hadn’t corrected it they probably would have found Ezra’s reaction weird
I want to quote Sith Lord Lana Beniko from Star Wars The Old Republic when she talks about the planet Odessen. She says that Odessen is a planet strong in the Force, much like Tython (controlled by the Jedi) and Korriban (controlled by the Sith), but unlike the former two, Odessen it's altogether balanced. I feel like Lothal is one of those cases.
In Bendu Voice: “The one in the middle”
Loth Wolves are Force-Sensitive
One of my favorite things about Rebels is Kanan and Hera's relationship. He's a Jedi, a Master with a Padawan, a hero and fully committed to her. None of that "no attachments" nonsense. It's beautiful, and I'm so happy The Normies are getting in love with this series. (Although sometimes Ezra can be a little poop.)
Marketa's side-eye to Spidey....classic Marketa. When is she ever gonna learn?
Can't wait for episode 10 reactions
Maul actually reveals Kanan's true name when he captures them in season 3 and is looking for Kanan's holocron
Ezra Bridger 🔥🙌
"And now one of them will die."
Spidey.
To those who don’t like straight up black coffee, put chocolate milk in it. Turns it into a literal mocha
I think I’ve read the book Marketta might be referring to. It is one of the books in the “Hyperion” series, by Dan Simmons.
Rukh just has super good sense of smell, and if he said "i smell human" that wouldn't really mean anything, like thanks tips we're all human. But if he smells a lassat, well, there's not a lot of them left, and there's one specific one that is part of the rebels.
They mention His real name back in one of the Maul Episodes.
That coffee must have been as black as Chopper's soul. Oh wait, you can't brew coffee that black ☕
the kiss 🥹❤
Rana the jelly belly factory is NOT in San Francisco
It's in Fairfield
I like how she recognizes that lothal is fighting back... But yeah, space walkway. Yes, we've seen that place before.
Even on this show.. Same sort of a dimension that ezra gets his light saber crystal, Grogu uses In the mandalorian season two when he reaches out through the force, the only spoilers i'm gonna talk about.. But every single come together and make sense to you well sorta. Lol
Callus told Zeb he had destroyed the Lasat .
Cafe Du Monde is great coffee. They add chicory to it which does make it a bit more bitter
If you guys want to learn more about how force users utilize the force to navigate hyperspace, I’d really suggest reading the Thrawn books. Force navigation is a HUGE plot point in the Thrawn Prequel trilogy.
Honestly, I’d just suggest reading all of the Thrawn books because they’re incredible- in my opinion, they’re the absolute peak of Star Wars media.
7:17 But why would that matter for a kiss?
Ahh. They did more than kiss a few episodes back.. Whenever was sleeping and it was the darth maul death episode I believe ezra goes looking for kanan And he wasn't in his bedroom but everybody else was sleeping supposedly..
Kanan and Hera are possibly my favorite couple in Star Wars.
Cafe du Monde has chicory root mixed in, right? That was a rationing thing at one point that (for some reason) stuck as a tradition.
ugh I cant help but cry because i know whats coming...
4x10 is coming
Ranas still quoting LetterKenny! Funny. Have you watched more of the show after episode 1 on youtube?
I watched all! - Rana
I know this is a Star Wars video, but are you guys doing X-men as well??
We are getting close to you know what 😏😭🤫🤫🤫
Oh, the Empire is planning something *_much worse_* than the Death Star on Lothal. Literally the worst thing possible.
I love reaction TO YOU❤
Better anology of scale to how far the Rebels travelled with the wolves of Lothal Instead of California to New York better example would be from the North to the South pole
So a very considerable distance
If anyone knows the size of Lothal compared to Earth that would be interesting to know
wow spidey has zero empathy lol
9:13 Argargargargargargh me boy
Bro they sooooooooo not ready for the next eps 😢
Think CW's season 3 episode 15-17.
Caleb Dume (Kanan) was the padawan at the start of the first episode of the bad batch
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUME
Rana is beautiful 😊❤️
dume ... doom
Wait til you get a load of season 5. 😂
it's always highly sus when these reactors on YT conveniently guess future plot points on these older shows....strange how it hardly ever happens to reactions to brand new shows which are airing for the very first time
Please react to love between fairy and devil after this series is over.
DUME!
Early or not early
Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ he is our only hope, just repent and have child like humble faith God bless!!!!!!!
