      I m doing intermittent fasting 16:8..
      And with 50minutes walk 5days a week...and its helpful to me...I do take one cup r milk tea with white sugar about 1tsp but it helps me alot in one week I lost two kgs...I only eat one chapti with normal curry and in dinner I eat chana chat without oil and in evning tea And 3khjoor (dates)

      I do intermittent fasting 16:8. It gives great result on skipping the breakfast. I am vegetarian and gluten free. Lunch and easy digestive food for dinner. Reduced almost 15 kg. It's great. Your health will improve in a great way.

      I struggle to hit 16hrs so somewhere between 14-16 hrs is what I manage most days. It has helped me lose the last couple of kgs of stubborn fat😁

    Can't stop to thank u. I started doing IF from past 15 days. Used to feel very hungry during fasting. After following your smoothie of chia and flax and other receipes before the fasting its keeping me full till 15 hours. Thanks.

    For severe constipation,
    I drink buttermilk a lot throughout the day. It helps me. I am avoiding diary except buttermilk.
    Also I added lots of fruits and fresh vegetable salad with nuts , raisins which is helping my constipation.

    100 percent true wen u say listen to ur body....i hv never tried intermittent fasting mam...but i follow ur normal diet regime and those foods keep me very energetic throughout the day... Looking forward to many such healthy recipes from you.
    Infact i hv purchased organic muringa powder and i add that in every recipe ...be it dosa, sambar, adai, dal or subzi ...

    I have done intermittent fasting for 8 months, list weight upto 15 kgs, I am a thyroid patient, have pcos, n was over weighted, but duet was on mostly nonveg foods, mostly egg, n veg paneer, list 15 kgs, everything got into its cycle, n bacame pregnant, with a healthy baby, mine duet was restricted with grains too,

    hv started intermittent fasting 16:8. For breakfast i usually hv 1pc dry toast(without butter or jam) & a cup of tea without milk & sugar. Lunch is a chapati with vegetables/paneer/ daal...sometimes egg or chicken...for dinner its usually daalia or puffed rice with cucumber shallots & tomato. I hv lost weight in one week, feel much lighter & better, dont feel bloated...in aa happy state of mind

    Delighted to see this video as most of what you do is what I do.
    We strongly disagree about the type of fats we consume. My fat of choice is chia and flaxseed. It is better for cardiovascular problems.
    All saturated fats I avoid.

    I heard that exercising during the fasting period helps to burn fat faster .
    Do you exercise during fasting hours or during the 8 hour window when you take food .Let me know

    I have been doing intermittent fasting for the past week. It's a 16:8 window. And i attribute that with 1 hr yoga in the morning and a 45 min walk in the evening. I take turmeric tea first thing in the morning along with sipping hot water throughout the day. Irrespective of losing weight, i feel refreshed throughout the day and my skin has improved a lot. :)

    But I had lot of hair fall after my dieting schedule as well my skin looked dull although I used to have moringaa leaves as well gooseberry...couldn't find out the exact reason.

    Will IF work for people gerd and gastritis? Usually we are advised to have small frequent meals throughout the day by the doctors. Will long hours of starvation aggravate the acid reflux?

    Hi mam, I am hypothyroid. Is it ok for me to do intermittent fasting ? Actually I am doing fasting all through the night through morning.     I find 12hr intermittent fasting is easier to maintain for life....great for overall health & maintaining good weight.
    I have been maintaining 6am to 6pm eating window for past few years now. Also i mostly avoid any kind of processed food & have seen great improvement in overall health.

      So you’re not eating 6pm to 6am? How much how’ve you lost and what do you mostly eat ?🙏

      @@parwinali5823 Yes, nothing after 6pm. I'm a vegetarian. I eat everything....
      Start my day with 2 glasses of warm water. Breakfast with mixed raw vegetable juice(Drumstick leaves, few curry leaves, carrot, beetroot,bittergourd,amla mix....whatever is available i add.... i don't strain it...drink it with the pulp, since it is full of fibre) & a fruit (mostly 1 apple....which i eat). Later a glass of milk with soaked nuts&dates. Lunch at 12-12.30pm...roti or rice with dal & vegetable cooked in very little oil (1-2 teaspoon max)..(roti or rice with ghee). Mid morning snack would be roasted chana or peanuts. Post lunch snack is usually ripe Papaya & half a pomegranate...around 3.30-4pm. If still hungry any roasted nuts. Dinner by 6pm....quite simito lunch. No processed food & i avoid sugar completely, except a Sunday binge out.
      I workout daily for 1 hr post breakfast...mostly power yoga (squats-lunges-crunches-pushups), stretching, weights on alternate days, little cardio,...whatever my body can take without feeling pain. I move around a lot, coz sitting is our biggest enemy. Evenings i try to squeeze in walk & stretches.
      My weight has been constant at around 54-55kgs for some years now, heightat 5'4"....after having embraced a healthy lifestyle.
      Earlier i used to be 64-67kgs.

      MAYA K thnkyou so much! Yes moving and walking is the best! I’m gonna try it and stop eating at 7pm and eat next day 10:30 that’s 13.5 hrs! You think that’s good or does it have to be 14 hrs to lose weight?

      @@parwinali5823 Honestly I'm not an advocate of eating breakfast so late. One needs food for energy. I don't think one should eat breakfast later than 7-7.30am. Also as the day passes, digestion does get slower. I like to sleep with a light stomach. That's my belief.
      I didn't even know that what i was doing was called intermittent fasting....i just did it coz it made me feel light & healthy. 14hrs is honestly not required. 12hrs is sustainable in the long run.
      In my personal experience lack of movement throughout the day, overeating & late night eating are possibly the easiest ways to gain unhealthy weight. Also eating outside unhealthy & processed food regularly is a big contributor. Embracing a healthy lifestyle goes a long way, not just to loose weight.
      Instead of focussing on losing weight, focussing on choosing to be healthy is wiser. Weight loss & maintaining good weight is an end result of embracing a healthy lifestyle.

    Can u tell me how good is mustard oil, if I use this in cooking
