    If you don’t have your own easement,apply for a Row it’s around 300 Dollars it’s for 29 years access in and out to your parcel. Don’t think your neighbors are going to let you cross there land,to get to yours.You file at BLM office for your property or on line. l know what l’m talking about I’m filling myself, neighbor won’t let me through the gate and locked it. The BLM will help you get another pathway to your parcel,legally.Hope this helps you good luck.

    I believe those pile of rocks could be an old burial site. So curious to see who’s under those rocks…(?)
    I love your videos!!! I’m very interested in prospecting properties with mineral rights attached to include rivers and streams on or bordering them. I definitely subscribed.. Keep them coming!!

    Nothing a good 6ft high ringlock fence and a herd of 100 goats wouldnt sort out, a D10 to crave out the old tracks and make them wider, then build a decent shack on it off grid, might be a nice lifestyle. I bet with a couple dozen thermometers you will find that perfect Micro Climate spot.

    Very nice. Thanks for making and sharing these videos. I'd be interested in this property. Does the owner have a timeframe for making those improvements? And what improvements are in mind? IMO, it's hard to get a return on such in this market.
    Btw, get yourself a Silky folding saw. Their lightweight and sharp as heck. I use one for overlanding. I only use the chainsaw occasionally now.

    hello, can I ask why you don't start your videos with letting us know the actual price of the Land? maybe you have your reasons however it's nice to know while watching what I'm actually looking at. thank you.

    • @MountainValleyRealEstate

      I do have the price and acreage on each video on the thumbnail. The thumbnail is the static image before you click on the video but maybe this video just played automatically and it got missed. I also have it below the video in the property description in my newer videos. I talk about the price of the property once the property intro and animals if they are available, are over.
      This property is not for sale at the moment.

      It really is and is why I'm here. I love this Northern California area due to all the mountains, open space, and available recreation. Not to mention a lot of the land here is relatively inexpensive compared to more populated areas of CA and the US. Come by sometime if you can.

    That property looks like a fire came through it with a vengeance not to long ago? Am I correct? You are either on a old logging road or a old fire road where they can hike in and back start a fire or go through putting it out on their way through creating a fire block. We had old government roads out in North Carolina when I lived out there back in the late 90s. Thats what they used them for but I would hike them from 1 mile to 10 miles and then walk down the side of the mountain and go fishing in the blue holes created between Lynnville falls and Lake James. Nobody ever went down there to fish except me and my brother in-law he was the one that showed me. I've got 4 mounted trout on my walls fishing there. Now so far the land you have shown is really rocky throughout the 3 properties I've seen videos on. And this looks like it's burned not long ago. The first one was 398 acres but had a highway in the middle of it and the other side of it wasn't that great either because not only could you see the highway but you can constantly hear it as well. Then I seen the 26 acres and I believe the highway was very close to it as well Is there any properties away from the highway further away from your location now? Because it seems like we are on one stretch there were the properties border each other?

    • @MountainValleyRealEstate
      @MountainValleyRealEstate  6 місяців тому +2

      No recent fire. You may be referring to the burn pile a the top of the property. The owner had the overgrown road/trail cleared after he purchased it so he could get up to the top. Google Earth has shown this road/trail for many years.
      The 398 acres on a separate video did burn a while back and it is a road that runs through the 398 acres but not a highway. This 80 acres does not boarder a highway if you want something with some privacy and off the beaten path.

    I assume that this is sold as the link in description takes to a blank page on your website. Yes?

    • @MountainValleyRealEstate
      @MountainValleyRealEstate  4 місяці тому +2

      Actually, the seller decided to keep it for now at least so I had to take it off the market. I think he wants to improve it more before he puts it back on.

  • @ngana8755

    • @MountainValleyRealEstate
      @MountainValleyRealEstate  4 місяці тому

      Yes, the owner decided to take it off the market while he improves the land. He will still sell it if you make an offer he can't refuse. Hope to have it back on in the very near future. I'll take the link down so someone downvotes the video for not having a link to my website. LOL

    Can you irrigate a crop? Do the mineral rights go with the property?

    • @MountainValleyRealEstate
      @MountainValleyRealEstate  2 місяці тому

      You would need a water source, like a well to irrigate but I don't see why not. I think it has the mineral rights if memory serves correct.
