I’ve seen those lots for months. May I ask what restrictions are on land in Costilla, and what your plans are for the property if it’s okay to divulge that?
Big fans here in Jensen Beach,Fl. We love your videos. Watching for a prop of 1+ acres to construct a Barndominium. Need to make your box a little smaller and the property box larger on the new layout. 👍🏼
Some of that Arizona property looks pretty arid like it needs some fertilizer. All you need are some dogs and a couple big bags of dog food. Preferably large dogs not lap dogs.
Can you do a video about how to do an actual research on a property and know if they allow off grid living and more,,, for those of us who don’t know how to do it. Thank you.
Hey great feature. Love the videos. Question: Are all of these properties available to be lived on immediately or do you have to pay for the entire acerage first? Thanks
Obstacles: Is it possible to buy land in the US from abroad, hold is securely without ever visiting the US ? And also, are there existing agents that can be contracted to assist in land management ?
Let's see how good you do. Lol We're looking for 10-20+ acres. Maybe 20 and above. Id do 50 if its cheap enough & close enough to a city. My daughter, her hubby, and kid with a Shepard in one part of the land. Myself and 2 teens on the other part. So we all want to build a homestead ranch. Few horses, goats, etc. Far enough away from Karens because we can't stand nosey people. We don't need to be waaay out in the middle of nowhere, but u get my drift. Close enough to a city to work, shop, groceries, etc. (We don't want to be waaaay out). We're from the upper Midwest, so we're tired of winters. We don't want to get baked to death in the south. New Mexico, TX, Arizona, Nevada. Ability to hook to the grid (NY daughter will die in the heat w/ no air), no restrictions on full time RV parking because we'll, we don't like being told what to do on our own property. No restrictions on prefab Tiny home sheds. Right now my daughter and her hubby live off grid way out in the boonies in WI for the last year. They do have a generator, LP, and solar, but she eats to hook to the grid specifically for air-conditioning and I don't blame her. Lol. It would be nice to get a few horses and have access to grazing. Trees are great for shading but not full because that's added money to harvest to build. But ya, we'd want at ready half of it buildable (flat land). Biggest thing is to be close enough to drive to town and job opportunities.

It's in the description below the video. Bucket 1 - Land to live on today | Bucket 2 - Buy Land today for the future | Bucket 3 - Recreational Land (Camping, Hunting, ATV, Horseback, etc.) | Bucket 4 - "Land Banking" Holding land for the long term, remember, they don't make it anymore! WHAT BUCKET ARE YOU IN?
I just bought 5 acres in Costilla County. It's 4 to five minutes from the Rio Grande River.
I’ve seen those lots for months. May I ask what restrictions are on land in Costilla, and what your plans are for the property if it’s okay to divulge that?
Congratulations!!!
Was it worth it
@Killuminatiforlyfe Yes. I can build or give it to my kids or granddaughter, which is most likely what I will do.
I hope you r okay you haven't made a video in over three months

Wish you could quickly state land use stipulations. Do propertys come with title search done and warranty deed ?
can you please do a video about how the steps go if I just buy the land outright? Like what happens if I go to the site and just buy the land?

@landmodo I’m wondering why your not making videos hardly any longer? I use to look forward to your videos every week.
Things have been very busy behind the scenes - stay tuned!
Hey great feature. Love the videos. Question: Are all of these properties available to be lived on immediately or do you have to pay for the entire acerage first? Thanks
It depends on the seller, for example the TN properties allow you to live on it before paying it off. Other sellers may say no.
Obstacles:
Is it possible to buy land in the US from abroad, hold is securely without ever visiting the US ?
And also, are there existing agents that can be contracted to assist in land management ?
For the most part, buying land is available to foreign citizens, it’s not an issue.
Can anybody tell me if you have to pay property tax while you're buying your property?
Every property is different, you would need to look at the listing details or contact the seller.
