Boxing is more aerobic exercise and technical training. It doesn’t burn as many calories as lifting weights I don’t remember having a huge appetite when I boxed. It was a very long time ago so maybe I just forgot

Damn i eat not enough.
Rugby players eat up to ten thousand calorie a day but their training would burn most of that off😮
