That’s the first thought on my mind seeing them during a family playtime. Their biological kids are amazing souls for being such loving and accepting siblings.

We have 2 adult bio sons and adopted 4 from China...and we still aren't done!!! We are hoping to adopt again!!! I thought one and done, but God had other ideas!!! Hubby also agreed to adopt too, great men we have! Love your story.

@@somabarua133 Yes adoption is wonderful, so much in fact we did go ahead and are in process again. We know we will have to wait to go back to China, but we are doing all our paperwork so we can get to our next son, who will have to wait until borders open back up, but still....we are pursuing him, because he matters!

I fell in love with Evie after watching that video of her singing “Scars to Your Beautiful” while she underwent a seizure test! It’s my dream to adopt from China when I’m 30! Evie and Ellie have inspired me to open to adopting a blind child! Kids like them have shown me that they can still navigate their world around them without sight! I can’t wait to see their documentary when it comes out!
There's a kid in my school called Evie, also blind but she isn't the same person, and she sings amazing and is so pretty and great. Go for it
I promise if I were Rich I would fund these schools and therapy classes plenty

It makes your heart overflow with joy to see people like these parents and their families. Anyone involved in rescuing broken animals can understand what it takes to mend them, and this is multiplied so many times if you have human children that are broken and unwanted. There is so much patience, love, hard work, routines, planning, money, time, energy that goes into rehabbing broken children, esp handicapped, and from another culture with language barriers. It's a formidable job. It looks cute on video, heartwarming too, but it's nothing but hard work and strong faith that things will turn out well, in the midst of the chaos of 6 kids in one home, all small and needing so much care, money, and time. It also tests the marriage severely.
Kudos to this couple, for saving these lives and making these unwanted, abandoned, love starved, handicapped children into happy, self-realized children with all their needs met. Warms the heart to know they exist and care for others. Bravo!
The kids with :”disability’s” aren’t weird or different. They are UNIQUE and that’s how they are different and talented in different ways!

I'm not blind but I could not see who I truly was in Christ due to 5 yrs of childhood molestation. I did talk therapy, music therapy, art therapy and dance and movement therapy. What a blessing music and dance therapy were. My eyes were opened and now I see who I am in Christ.
I'm waiting to hear one day a bit grown up Evie telling the world that no matter how dark the time is there's always a hope waiting for you and you are beautiful just the way you are, and singing after that "Scars to your beautiful".
