Another walker with the 74" deck or 64" rear discharge or a grasshopper. That's my recommendation.

I'm using a 2017 Grasshopper 725 diesel with a 61" deck, I ordered it new last fall. Absolutely an awesome machine and I do a lot of taller stuff with it, I'm happy I bought it! Just a suggestion.....
Get you a exmark or deere
should get a john deere with the replacement program...if it breaks down they bring you the same or similar model.
I know it's nothing to see a grasshopper with 2k hours, would love to have one myself.

Get a 74 inch deck for your diesel and 38 hp
the kubota 39 hp on the f3990 wich is $27,421MRSP but less at the dealer with 54'' ,60'',72'' and 100'' deck options plus its a most biggest feul tank mower of 16.1 gallons
Buy a Kubota Diesel 323 - 60 inch cut and be done buying and worrying about power . That's what we run and never had any big issues . Big power small frame mowers fail , they work great but pull themselves apart in the process .Glad to see new videos glad your business is doing great . Try out a 323 or 326 you won't be disappointed .
If you want something for parks I'd highly recommend a Ventrac. Expensive, but can knock out so much in such little time, won't have to worry about bogging down with that haha. With all the extra attachments it would let you venture into other markets, such as brush cutting or snow removal.
hey bud...sorry to hear about the equipment issues. I feel your pain....going thru similar issues here, and trying to just get through the rest of this season. I hope to have the the stolen ZTR FINALLY paid off before the end of year. Hopefully next season I can start to consider a new ZTR again, and get back to a more efficient set up.
Try out the forward mount grasshoppers with Kawasaki motors. Absolute beasts
Hey I am here watching your video, and I run Ex Marks. My newest one that I use for my larger properties this year is my Exmark 60 inch. That thing cuts very high grass and barely will bog if any. If there is a place to demo a 60 from Exmark, go test one out. I believe you will be happy. We mow a lot of larger areas and it flies, plus the air ride seats.
329 B 61" rear discharge grasshopper gets my vote, 1300 hours, only parts replaced have been belts, have 2... and get the typical employee abuse

Get a Kubota ZD1011 48" they are crazy good, or the bigger 64" zd 1121 , they are diesel and last very long, they are also super strong and won't bog down like that, here's a video of the their top mower ua-cam.com/video/zrkDxx5LC5Q/v-deo.html

Yeah, that's all we run, we have 1 older Kubota still on the job that is 5 years old and another that is 4, and we recently bought some of the new ones, they are 19hp but they never bog down, they have tons of torque and very comfortable, the have new seats and oscillating front axle, we have a couple of the 48" ZD1011 and they cut high we grass without bogging at full speed, with side discharge, and those suckers are fast
That thing is a freaking tank. Would be good for the big parks he was talking about.
the diesel zd1011 and 1121 are tough even the F3990
If you want a bigger machine for bigger properties i would highly recommend the toro z master 6000 series 62 inch very powerful and amazing machine and gets the job done fast

I would highly recommend a front deck Grasshopper with a 72 in deck for your big stuff.
A scag turf tiger or Toro Z Master 5000 or 6000 Series is perfect for you!! They have high horse power and have high capacity fuel tanks to keep you out there all day long! They also have some great decks!
Hang in there it happens to everyone of use my week was late week after 4 trailer tires 3 mower tires and 2 truck tires I had about enough of tire problems next week it might be mowers just fight thru it. On the new mower I recommend ferris for a ztm I have a 61" and a 72" on my big property truck but they have 32 hp gas motors and they do great and they are fast and we also have 5 Toro grandstand another great mower

We only run exmarks.. but we seen a nice bat wing Hustler the other day that would be nice for your big stuff .The side decks will fold up to fit on a trailer

You should get a ferris zero turn, they are one of the most comfortable zero turns.
Check for a bent key as far as a safety switch. One of our hustlers did the same thing wouldn't start couldn't figure out why and the key was slightly bent.
I've been thinking about using a mulching kit on my zero turn for residential property, What is you input on that?
I had to push several lawns month ago due to zero and walk behind in shop at same time for 4 days. No loaners were to be had. Old Honda push mower put food on table when nothing else would many times.
Hey Brian I think I know what is wrong with your 36. I have a v ride and the same thing happened to me. It ended up being a safe start module that broke all you have to do is take it out of the wiring harness it is in and it will start. Hope this helped!
Please tell us about the new deck on the walker compared to the old deck. Does it cut any different besides being bigger?
I have put a few hours in a grasshopper with a diesel and it’s a beast the only bad part is it runs hot if u don’t clean out the radiator every once in a while but that’s anything that has a motor.
Always stuff breaking down. Might have to look into other brands
i mulch grass at 9mph lol really and it looks great with my gator blades bro i made this kool hanger for my blower you start it on the hook turn around n back up to it so you dont have to bend down to pick it up

demo a turf tiger two. with a 61” deck and get a carb mower not efi. theres 3-4 wires on the carb mowers and there super easy to work on
If you want something bigger than your walker try a Scag they are a bit pricey but definitely worth the money

Seconded. I've seen the tall stuff something2lookat chews through with his Scag Cheetah, and a coworker of mine in parks accidentally put an old scag walk behind in a river. Got the thing pulled out, had the fluids changed and the handles bent back into the original shape, and the thing still runs!
Get a bad boy , I got one and love it.. very heavy duty built.. I looked at a lot of z turns and the bad boy looked to be built the best for the money..

Good to see ya back Brian. Hope your luck turns around. That seems to be the issue as you get bigger as a company, machines take a beating and break down. I could tell in the video that the Zipper seemed that it had a tuning issue as soon as you started it, and it started rough. Tough luck, it seemed like a nice mower, just either badly tuned, or poorly cared for. I wish ya nothing but the best, and I'm glad that ya didn't get run over lol.
