Ingredients 配料：
1 Egg Tofu 1条 蛋豆腐
1 Tau Kwa 1块 豆干
2 Egg 2粒 鸡蛋
30g Carrot 30克 红萝卜
150g Prawn Paste 150克 虾泥
50g Squid Paste 50克 苏东泥
1 stalk Green Onion 1颗 青葱
4 tablespoon Tapioca Flour 4汤匙 木薯粉
Seasonings 调味料 :
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油
2 tablespoon Corn Flour 2汤匙 玉米粉
Mixture 粉浆 :
40g Glutinous Rice Flour 40克 糯米粉
22g Rice Flour 22克 粘米粉
1 teaspoon Custard Powder 1茶匙 蛋黄粉
½茶匙 Baking Soda ½茶匙 苏打粉
80g Water 80克 水
10g Oil 10克 油
