How to make Seafood Tofu 《海鲜豆腐》 | Mr. Hong Kitchen

    1. Fish/prawn paste
    2. Egg tofu x3 tubes (cut half)
    3. Carrot a few slices cut diced
    4. Spring onion 1-2 stalks cut diced
    5. Coriander minced
    6. Egg x2
    Method
    1. Combine tofu, carrot, spring onion, coriander, egg, 1/2tsp sugar, 2/3tsp salt, more pepper, 3 tbsp fish paste in a big bowl and mix well. Add 3tbsp corn flour and mix well, then add little fragrant oil and mix well
    2. Place the cling wrap on the container and pour the tofu paste in it. Use a spoon to level the surface and steam for 20min under medium heat.
    3. After steam, let it cool down at least 30min. Cut into rectangular pieces. Lightly coat it with corn flour and deep fried till golden brown
    4. Arrange the tofu on a plate with mayonnaise and acar at the side.
    5. Ready to serve

    材料: (wpy)
    日本豆腐 3条
    鱼胶 3汤匙
    萝卜碎 1小段
    青葱花 5-6棵
    芫茜碎 少许
    蛋 2粒
    胡椒粉 适量
    糖 适量
    盐 适量
    香油 少许
    玉米粉 3汤匙 (最后放)
    1. 全部材料混合,搅拌均匀。
    2. 取一蒸盘,铺上保鲜膜,倒入(1)铺平,水滚蒸约20分钟。
    3. 取出,待凉,盖上保鲜膜,冷藏至完全凝固。
    4. 取出,切成四方块状,沾上玉米粉,炸至金黄,即可。
    ★ 马来开胃菜 ★ Acar
    材料: (wpy)
    黄梨 1片 (切小片)
    日本黄瓜 1条 (切条,去籽)
    大红葱 1粒 (切丝)
    大辣椒 2条 (去籽,去丝)
    罗卜 半条 (去皮,切丝)
    小辣椒 2条 (切粒)
    腌料:
    酸柑汁 8-10粒
    白醋 3汤匙
    糖 3-4汤匙
    1. 全部材料混合,加2茶匙盐,伴一伴均匀,用手抓一抓,
    腌制片刻,再用流动水撤底清洗干净。(可多冲洗几次)
    2. 沥干水份,加入腌料,混合伴均匀,放入冰箱冷藏。
