Disclaimer, I diffuse every time I wash my hair, I do not blow dry my hair on high temperatures to stretch it out very often. Only when I’m seeing more shrinkage than usual. The more you do the very last step I mentioned in the video, the frizzier your hair will be.

Question: do you notice your hair changing pattern depending on the time of year? I’m asking because in the summer my hair seemed tighter and fuller but in the winter it wasn’t as tight or full, like is that Normal? My hair routine has been consistently the same btw.
I think so, my hair is easily shrunken & tighter in the winter due to humidity, but retains length & definition easily in the winter
What type of Diffuser do you use?
Do you recommend diffusing right away after styling or letting the hair dry for a bit first?
To be honest letting your hair dry a little bit is much better, doing it right away does cause frizz, which I don’t mind

do you have any advice for dyed 4B-4C hair that seems to always come out? i’m trying to work to where you’re at but my amount of hair loss is sometimes concerning :/

kxdsheldy not really breakage just more falling out, is that normal like should i expect that from dyed hair?
Hmmm maybe your hair is just in a weaker state from the lightening process, if consistent deep conditioning doesnt help, you may have to have a keratin treatment, or maybe trim it a bit. It could possibly not be strong enough from the dye
what would you do if you ever got a bald spot?
