Nice job gentlemen !! It would be an honor and a blast to cook with either of you two. Hope you used a 36 month or older Parm for that lobster, as good lobster certainly deserves it. I live an hour from the coast here in NH so fresh seafood is very easy to obtain. It isn't cheap but you know when you get it off the boat it is fresh. Hats off to all the moms and grandmothers that taught us to cook, especially on mother's day. Be well guys !! -- den

There is a restaurant here in Houston that I like called the French Quarter, don't know if you went by Cyprus when you visited.
Anywho, they have a dis called eggplant daun and I would really, truly appreciate it if you could recreate it on your channel! It is super, bomb diggity! Fried eggplant with a creamy basil sauce that has crab, shrimp and crawfish. I been looking for the recipws for bothe the basil sauce and the fried eggplant batter, but have come up short.
