- This 7-minute routine includes the perfect warmup exercises! You can do this quick warmup before your workouts, stretching routines, or just to get your body moving!
It is a super quick workout that targets the entire body so you can warm up all your muscles before jumping into a workout!
No equipment is needed!
It's important to warm up your body before workouts to slowly increase blood flow in your muscles. A warm-up might also help to prevent injuries during your workout by preparing your muscles for it.

It's better to do these dynamic movements before workouts and save the static stretches for afterwards to boost your performance! Do your workout still , you can do it ! ❤️

Thanks for this, but a warmup is to prepare your body to avoid injuries. This is more of a short workout and the body isn't ready to jump right in like that.

Hello! I completed your workout video but would not do again. I’m obese so I found this workout challenging and with no breaks in between was inconvenient to keep getting up, pausing the video to be able to catch my breath before next pose. Some, like crab walk and plank touch was impossible for me to do. I would suggest adding in caption, that video is for intermediate/ advanced levels. Also, I suggest in future videos to have a moderation for people who cannot do exact poses. Thank you for reading!

This doesn't really feel like a warmup. It's more of a workout. I thought it would be most warmup stretches and so on. Not hating, just please remember that these exercises are more for an intermediate fitness level and not very help for warming up, especially for anyone just starting
