No, features don't suck. We have full range of features here in Aus. Lady didn't review upper range model, maybe whatever she could put her hands on. Prices do [suck], but we have to pay taxes here to support the needy.

Yes, I am pretty sure you could. Both the second-row seats folded up in this one but just check in the model you look at that they do :)

No, you can not. I have 2 restraints car seats in my car (LC200). You won't be able to fold for proper access.
