It absolutely is, consider its competition and I guarantee 15 - 20 years later the Land Cruiser is still roaming and exploring while the competition is being parted out in the pull-a-part yards. I've owned 6 Land Cruisers and I loved every one of them.
Love It! I've been saving up to buy one for a while. After watching this vid, I feel like heading down to the Toyota dealer right now lol Excellent work guys!
When I was young, I didn’t like the sound of direct or clutched cooling fans. Didn’t know I’d ever miss hearing it. On the LC it adds to a powerful strong sound, the way it cycles up and down at idle. Very impressive vehicle, and also a very impressive video.
Interesting observation... didn't pay too much attention to that in person but I'll agree, its just one of the many things that feel "tough". Thanks for watching as always and have a great weekend!
Great review, very well done. I'm actually interested in purchasing one of these Land Cruisers and you answered a lot of my questions. Keep up the great work.
Great review in our country we use the diesel engine version and is more fuel-efficient than the gasoline engine. Is the best off-road car ever made Realible best feature
If the diesel was offered in the US the components they would need to put on it to appease the EPA would kill the reliability. For that reason they will never offer a diesel to US customers.
I have only seen 4 brand new Land Cruisers in my life and I'm 15 you're better off with a vintage Land Cruiser in my honest opinion. I enjoyed watching the review. How is the car shopping going so far, any luck yet?

I love the 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser, it’s very nice!!! I love the cool box and off Road! I like y’all shoes and sunglasses!!! I have sunglasses just like those!
@Car Confections. Id stay with the land cruiser. It’s cheaper by $10K than the LX. Sure the $10K buys a nicer brand, but unfortunately the big con with the lx is the infotainment lack of a touchscreen. The land cruiser already comes loaded for its price at $85-90K. Standard 360 cam, vented seats, 4 zone climate, safety features, etc.

The ride is as good,if not better than, any luxury sedan.Your review brings this fact out very well. Good job.
Im a huge LC fan but Toyota needs to bring this vehicle into the 21st century. There’s NO reason why they can’t add apple carplay, heads up display, panoramic sunroof, multi-contour/massage seats, a more fuel efficient engine, fold flat 3rd row of seats, power running boards, digital dashboard, 5+ usb/usbc ports, one touch folding rear seats, fully powered split tail gate, and nicer trim than cheap silver plastic while still maintaining the legendary reliability and off road prowess. I also counted 4 blank switches which need to be eliminated. These things are expected on every other $85k vehicle - hell even expected on a most 55k vehicles
That's a lot of SUV 👀, but this is another excellent review Drew and Mason. Land Cruiser is truly one of a few remaining body on frame SUVs, it'll be interesting to see what the 2020 or 2021 model will look like.
