- If you follow me on other social medias, you may have seen that my She's American drum remix was blocked due to copyright infringement. We decided to upload the isolated drum track, because... Why not? I'm a huge fan of The 1975, & I love how their drummer carries himself behind the kit. I added in a bunch of my own stuff as well.

He really never misses a beat. I love how this guy plays all over the kit without seeming chaotic and unfocused or overplaying...he is always very concise and his fills fit the song very well.

Key is cut the mids a little and tune them lower than you usually do

I love how you are an artist who appreciates the work of other popular artists. I know so many people who dislike bands like The 1975 because they have more of a pop feel. They are one of my favorite bands because they are so different from anyone else and I'm glad that you and the rest of the band show others that it's very good music and hopefully you are able to change the minds of others when it comes to hate towards the 1975. ❤ love you!

I found this really cool because there were some parts where you could here a kick that was slightly off or a slight slip-up within a quick open-to-close pattern on the hihat. Granted, I donbt blame you a bit for making tiny mistakes within complicated parts ;)
You always seem so incredibly perfect with the music, but it was really cool to hear the human side of you, Luke, and not just the monster side xD (But you're still a monster)

Your drumming is perfect, the angles are perfect, the sound is perfect. One thing that's always gotten me though is the frame rate. I'm pretty sure that you use 24 fps (which is what people usually use in film and what not). Like I said, I love your videos regardless and wouldn't be bothered if you left the frame rate, but when watching someone drum the low frame rate makes your movements seem... choppy(?). It may just be my opinion, but if it was 30 or even maybe 60 I think it would look better. Either way I love your videos and wish you had the time to put more of them out more often. I would watch them constantly. Keep drumming and living the dream.
I think its a personal thing on their part, this frame rate give's everything a very cinematic feel to it.

i honestly like it better with just the drums. YOu should upload more videos with just the drum track
