Let me give you a little insight. This is my Hood. ST Clair and I still live here. At 4:29 of your video, right before you enter down into Bratenahl. The Street to your right, which is Remington. THATS THE Real STREET where Bone Thugs and Harmony Grew up on. Wish (CeCe) Steve (Lazy) and Flesh (Stan). They just sold their work on E99. I'm from E101'st Stclair but did damage on E102nd. I grew up with BONE. Ok at 12:16 of your video you just came around Remington Street. The Houses to the right is where Stan and Steve lived. Further up on your right which is an empty field is where CeCe (Wish) Lived. FREAK'n Phenomenal Video
I like how your video isn't down talking these people of Cleveland because although the city of bratenol is beatiful, luxury at it's finest and home to millionaires, the homes in Cleveland are where people live and you respect that!! Much respect to you brother you got a new subscriber
Theres TONS of history in those Bratenahl houses, super interesting. I grew up in a middle class suburb of Cleveland and went to school with a friend that grew up in Bratenahl. Super nice family but my parents house at the time couldve fit inside their guest house LOL.
Your point eludes me. We all know every city across the United States has wealthy and also depressed areas. Even in those depressed areas as you stated there are good, hardworking people. You just showed the divide line between them. Maybe they don't have Haslam money, but they also might not like their city being referred to as "filthy", whether it is or isn't.
City government is only part of the issue. Pride of ownership is another. Real neighborhoods where folks look out for each other, and a sense of community pride. We were poor, but we were clean, and so were our homes with grass cut, trash out, and fresh paint when necessary.
Oh hay, thats my city! Lol. When I need to go on Lakeshore or out to Euclid, I like to take the scenic route through Bratenahl. Definitely lifts my spirits. There's a lot of spots in Cleveland that has the same effect.
Thanks for the tour! You spoke well of all people on this ride. I believe this speaks volumes of who you are. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thanks ib!
I'm a ups driver in Cleveland that lives in a very rich suburb 42 minutes from Cleveland. I can attest that there are many wonderful people in the hood. Very mellow large city. Not saying there aren't bad situations but the lovely people outnumber the bad by far.
Go to Baltimore. World War 3 on one street, look left and its Malibu, look right and its a Chief Keef video. I encourage you all to travel, it will open your mind. These videos are cool - but its just not the same.
I knew exactly where you’d be when i seen the title of the video. I remember when i was working for Amazon delivering packages in that area and my partner said “watch how it changes as soon as we go under this bridge 😂
Bratenahl is my favorite area to ride through! Growing up on the east side, Lakeshore to be exact, it’s always mind blowing to stay on one street and literally watch it go from hood, to Hollywood 😂 great video man! You just gained a new sub
Dude is Albert Daily's still on E.116th ....best Jerk Chicken ever....plus dominos and bottles of Guinness - Gotta Love Bratenahl....Coach Fratello use to live there. Nice video as usual....I miss living back in Cleveland....but I'm a Westsider...ha!!! At least you know westsider will go East - Eastsiders won't go west....HA!!!!
man, I grew up off St. Clair at my grandma's house...so many memories off there. Yeah, once you cross under that bridge, things get nice real quick to the lake
The beautiful part about America is that, the so-called hood or poorer areas, like at 11:46 , are still beautiful with a lot of trees, clean and empty footpaths and decent roads and parks. It's like the hoods of Chicago as shown by Brian 636, even those neighbourhoods look relatively clean. Americans should visit most other countries to see what they truly have.
reminds me of Kingston and St Andrew in Jamaica .. every affluent neighborhood except 1 (Hope Pastures) you have to pass through a ghetto to get to the neighborhood
216 here. I enjoyed watching this video and how well you represented our city. I do sometimes ride my electric bike through Bratenahl area. The glass house has always caught my attention there.
Alright, UA-cam tracking my location because I just passed through this today while riding and was so amazed at the difference of area while passing through, and then the houses were jaw dropping. Modern, Futuristic, Classy, a damn Castle, like hollyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. It was just really cool to see, and might go back just to see the house, was inspiring lmao
Excellent Video footage !!!! I've driven through parts of Bratenahl but you showed me some places that I haven't seen before. FYI there were a total of 5 reported tornadoes that touched down in NE Ohio that day, fortunately we weren't hit directly but were without power for 4 days
I’m from Southern California and I must say the north east is definitely beautiful! My uncle lived in Columbus Ohio in the early 70’s. My family came from Greece in the 60’s n 70’s
Grew up in that neighborhood. A lot has been neglected as in any other city. Pretty quiet over there. As for Bratenahl it's always been there. No one bothers the rich folks.
Sup 650ib we got some olaces in jersey and nee york we can show you . You wouldn't regret it. Would need a friday and Saturday to show you around brother. And motomac is close so we can make it a fun day 😊

There was a tornado. Small one. Ended up breaking on the westlake border and didn’t touch through westlake, bay, rocky river area. I’m in Rocky river now and there were giant thick trees that were blocking roads. Like someone snapped them over their knee.
The hood is close to a lot of suburban places in ohio it’s weird but be careful out there these young dudes will really pop u just to take your bike it happens almost everyday in Cleveland most of em know a thing or two about bikes and there guna know what u got and how nice it is and some these people got nuthin to lose to just stay safe hope u at least carry while doing these

Yep. Have million dollar homes on my street and there's a mobile home park a half mile down the road. It's a nice mobile home park but still. Mixed af.
