Nice video. Love the links at Unionvale. 17 you needed to take 2 stroke penalty and put it in the fairway or re-tee. Lot of you tubers take lateral hazard when you need to play lost ball.
@@kensucksatgolf Nope, my buddy cancelled due to chance of showers, we will try again. I hear you are from Carmel, I had a deli in patterson. Always looking for a fourth, let me know.
Cool content, if you don’t mind me saying. Find really good players and learn from them. Taking classes and courses is costly but not very productive. Oh, use your long irons to play Par4’s. 220-240 and a short putt. Makes easy work, less room for error.
@@kensucksatgolf Used to like Centennial a lot before Troon took it over. Had a couple of 5 hour plus rounds on weekdays and I was done. I don't care how bad a guy sucks. We were all there at some point. But at least hit your ball when it's your turn. And then go look for it. When a dude who is going to shoot 130 is on his phone when it's his turn to hit, I've had enough. I said something to the management, and the position was that with the high prices, they don't want to rush anyone. So the answer to your question right now is probably Pound Ridge. Your video was very well done. Excellent content and production quality. I'm a big fan of links style courses. Union Vale has nice conditions, and the staff is great. But the rounds I played there were maddening. Felt like you couldn't see your landing area like every other shot. Fortunately, I was playing with guys who knew the course. "Hit over toward the corner of that hill." "Hit between those two trees." You have zero chance of scoring well if you don't know the course. That's not a fair test of skill. Which is why we all love golf.
Lol @ the guy throwing you a "nice shot" on your tee shot on 2 as it flies OB. Great front 9, Ken! Keep the content coming!

Crazy, this video was in my feed today, and we are playing there Tuesday. We try to go a couple times a year there, great course.
Hope you had a good round!

Not at the moment. Im just getting back into golf again after not playing the entire year. Maybe in December when I go to Hilton Head
I live down the road from it.
Good round and very nice course.

Respectfully disagree about it being anywhere close to the best. Way too many blind shots.
Whats your favorite Hudson Valley course?
