Thanks for another great video, and thanks for the link!
Omg i needed this tq
I will only get my done if there using thinning sheers and i have curly hair and really long hair
Any suggestions for a short cut where in front is thinner hair than in the back(not neck)? To make it more even?
😂 Love the "you can try this on yourself." I'm here for the bangs issue. I can't find a hairdresser who can deal with wavy hair with a billion crowns. Thank you so much for the video!
So happy to help. Thanks for watching. Remember to subscribe. 😎
Thank you so much this was so helpful my hair stylist was trying to convince me to do thinnig shares for my bulky hair and my hair is Curly and I was scared I told her no and then I looked up this video do you have a way to cut the hair to make it feel less bulky but without using the texturizing shears for curly hair like a way to thin it by layering it
Glad it helped. Good for you for standing up for yourself. 💪🏻 Yes. It is totally possible to thin curly hair with just regular cutting scissors. Looks like I might need to make a new video 😉. Thanks for watching.
@@allabouthairwithdanise absolutely, thank you! If you make that video, I will show my stylist how to do it. Or would you happen to know any stylists or salons you would reccomend in the St. Louis or southern Illinois area. Im new to the area, and im still looking for a good stylist. My hair is curly and course, and about medium to high density
@@AngelStark5645 I will get it made! I’ve got some other haircut videos in the editing room. Make sure you subscribe so you will be notified when it’s ready. In the meantime, here are two salons in the St. Louis area: Faith & Fellows Hair Salon and Salon Miriani & Company. You can check out their websites first. Make sure they give you a thorough consultation beforehand. Good luck. 😊
Awesome! Thank you so much I'll check these out and I will definitely be a permanent subscriber of your Channel
Please please tell me where you live so I can come to you!!! I’ve went to a few places and they won’t use these sheersand I have lots of layers on long coarse hair and this is exactly how I need mine cut. Right now I have choppy layers and it looks bad . Please get back to me
You’re so sweet. I’m sure you can find a local stylist. Search for Vidal Sassoon trained or Tony and Guy trained. Or show your stylist the video. It is frustrating when you can’t seem to find a stylist that understands your hair. Hang in there.
How can I use this type of sheers to give my side bangs shape and make them less bulky? 😢
Good question...I'd go at it the same way...only halfway down the hair shaft. Do it a little at a time, checking after each cut. Let me know if this helps. If not, I can make a short video explaining. Thanks for watching!
I have thick & wavy hair. How would you thin it?
Remember to the rule of halves. Don’t thin it too close to your head. And go slow. Check as you go. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
Thanks for watching. 😊
BUT WHAT IF THE BULK IS AT THE TOP OF THE HEAD OR THE CROWN?
Good question. Just remember the rule of halves. If you thin the hair too close to the scalp, it will stick up. It depends on the length. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. 😊
I give you permission to practice on my hair!!! For real!!! Where are you located. I need someone to get bulkiness from my hear.
I do miss being behind the chair. 😊 thanks for the compliment. And thanks for watching. I’m in Virginia. 😉
@@allabouthairwithdanise Ever since I left Miami 14 yrs ago, now in Cental Florida, I haven't been able to find a good stylist. My Miami stylist used these shears and I used to love it. She always explained how, even though I loved it, how she could not use it too often. She knew how to use it. My hair always looked good. She was my best and favorite stylist for more than 10 yrs until I had to move. She was the only one who knew how to tame my unruly and rebellious hair. She styled it without any fuss. Here in Central Florida I had a couple of stylist who literally told me "here take the brush and style it yourself."😒 Always complaining of how much hair I have, spongy, how their working their arm muscles while styling it,, blah blah... ☹Now, I just go to get just a haircut and style it myself. But I need those shears, I'm just afraid of using them😬. Thanks for the tips and suggestions.
Are you near Orlando? I could suggest some salons...@@gatina7713
@@allabouthairwithdanise Yes, please!!! I'm in Lake Mary which is maybe 30 minutes north of Orlando. Thank you 😊
She says hold out the hair vertically. But everytime she does she actually holds it horizontally.
Sorry for the confusion. Actually you’re parting the hair vertically but holding it out away from the head. If you were to part the hair horizontal and pull it out to cut, you would see where you cut it. Hope that helps to clarify. Thanks for watching! 😊
I can't seem to talk hair stylists into actually thinning my hair.
Some stylists haven’t learned how to use the thinning shears. Maybe share my video 😉 Thanks for watching.
Four minutes in and no cut yet
Good feedback. Thanks. I’m always learning how to better my videos. This helps a lot. Thanks for watching.
@@ambersather7460Gee have you no patience? Do you want your learn anything?
Wow....lots of unnecessary talking...stick to the topic 🙄
Thank for the feedback. Learning everyday how to better my video editing skills. Thanks for watching.
Thinning shears can be misused, so please be careful when using...Let me know if you have questions. Thanks for watching.
Thank you so much for the beauty and the positive attitude you own
