  • Lucid dream healing body scan guided meditation sleep hypnosis.
    Go on a journey of self discovery and healing with this guided meditation hypnosis body scan. Imagining you are outside your own body, kinda astral projection and lucid dreaming, healing yourself with this meditation. With hypnotic suggestions and music that will hypnotize you to sleep through the stages of sleep.
    Go through alpha, beta and delta with this guided meditation video, then the work is put in by you in rem sleep.
    A quiet space created just for you in this relaxing guided meditation with soothing music and gentle voice.
    Fall asleep fast with this guided meditation journey, use for relaxing or for "sleep" at night. With the video that accompanies this guided meditation it should weigh your eyes down ready for sleep.
    The video shows a journey through space with planets and stars, systems far away. Helping you get the sleep that you deserve.Relax with this guided meditation for ultra deep sleep to help you drift off. sleep is very important and guided meditation can help if you suffer from insomnia or just can't sleep.
    With the aid of falling asleep you can awake refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead of you.
    Everytime I make a guided meditation I try to make it better than the last guided meditation. Trying different things and different ways of changing the guided meditation hypnosis. My aim is to help calm your mind and relax you and help place you in a state of peace. I have had traumas and upset, stress, anxienty, depression and all the negative games that the mind can throw in there to give you a negative block. I have overcome alot and with these guided meditation videos I hope to help you too, these guided meditation videos are spoken with thoughts and feelings that helped me along my journey.
    The most important part of life is getting the right balance and the right amount and standard of sleep available. My sleep, "anxiety, depression and all my meditation videos are free and always will be.
    These guided meditation videos have alot of thought put into them and I try to improve on every single one, hopefully there is a guided meditation on my youtube channel for someone, obviously not every guided meditation I make will hit a note with everyone that is why I am more than up for changing things in my guided meditation videos with different music and sometimes changing the way I say my words.
    Please, if you enjoy my guided meditation videos and my channel subscribe to keep up to date with my new videos.

    The most amazing wonderful thing happened while listening. As I dozed off not realizing that I was sleeping, I found that I could fly- float really. In a sitting position while flapping my hands up and down in front of me. I suddenly lifted up in to the air. Although it took a few tries, I kept practicing until I was way up in the air. I started in my house and flew up to the high ceilings and second floor. Than as I gained more and more confidence I went outside. I flew up in the air, I did summer saults. I felt so amazing- I was in awe of the sky and how I felt tingly all over. I was alone and I was worried that I may not be able to do it again and no one would believe. So I hid glittery matchbox up in the highest pitch of the roof for proof. Lol. However, when my husband came home I quickly showed him what I could do- he wasn’t impressed, I couldn’t believe it. I thought he was jealous but come to find out he was afraid of others finding out that I could fly- and me being exploited. So I promised to never tell anyone but him. It all was so real- I truly didn’t realize that it wasn’t until I woke. Slightly disappointed that it wasn’t real, but knowing I can always come back here and fly again. It was just incredible!!!

    As a nurse my sleep schedule is all over the place, and I struggle with insomnia and ADHD. I listen to your meditations every night. Your voice is like..warm honey. So soothing. I can’t sleep without you. Lol. I think my favorites are your lucid dream meditations, but they’re all wonderful. Thank you.

    This is probably my favorite of all of the meditations you have on your channel. I fall asleep quickly every time and I stay asleep until my alarm goes off. As far as achieving a lucid dream goes.... I have had lucid dreams on my own. I found this meditation to try and trigger more.. A few times I've known I was in a dream, but I had no control over anything. I continue to listen to this every night, the more I listen the further into the lucid side of things I get.

  • @briannalurie771

    I'm naturally a lucid dreamer, so the imagination side of this was easy for me. I did find this extremely helpful in taking away negative stress and emotions. The lucid dreaming meditations are definitely my favorite.

    i have been using guided meditations to get to sleep for a little over a year now and this is by far the best one i have ever listened to!!! like you said in a comment, my sleep schedule is still all over the place but once i get myself to actually lay down and listen to this i'm out like a light, which is something i never thought i would say! plus, i've been remembering my dreams much better since using this every night :-) i too struggle with anxiety, depression, and insomnia, and i think it's wonderful that you make these videos! it really is such an underrated method of self-healing.

      +Natalie Stott I am glad that this brings you sleep and yes, very underrated as I know myself guided meditation works. Got me through a very rough patch in my life. I am working on a new series of guided meditation tracks that will be on this channel in december, they will hopefully be even more immersive. Thankyou for your support Natalie :) may the great sleep continue!

    I have to say. I'm impressed... Most guided meditations do put me asleep quite quickly, it's staying asleep usually that's the problem. And although I don't get 8 hours. I'm getting more and more gradually. However. On a whole other note. I've been suffering from depression after a long term break up. Typical & literal heartbreak. Which is almost like mourning the loss of a loved one when the breakup isn't on good terms and not what I personally wanted. Or wanted the hurt which I never thought this person could do to me. So dealing with that has been hard. & it put all my work on the back burner.. I work with crystals for healing and I have for many many years. I'm very into reiki, I also seek some answers in my dreams. Crazy as some may say it sounds. But that all stopped. I just didn't care. Well. Finally I'm pulling myself out of this slump and I am healing. And after this meditation I had some pretty powerful dreams that kinda gave me the closure I never even was able to have...

    • @tr8529
      @tr8529 8 років тому +1

      So all that being said.... I'll definitely be continuing to listen to this. Because it did something that was not happening before. And for that. I thank you for creating this meditation.
      Healing is something that's not easy for anyone. We all sometimes need tools to cope. And I am very grateful to have found this one. Thank you.

      +T L R OH!wow!!!! I am glad to hear you are getting back on track and this guided meditation had a benefit for you. I thought long and hard about this one, the same will go for the 30 new ones rolling out in december, hence the small break. I had a series of events that led to the breakdown of my marriage and was left to my own devices, some of it down to me and some don to others. You then go into yourself and become introvert, not wanting to share your feelings and all trust has disappeared from life. I did care about my situation and myself but my body wouldn't let me change or do things. I will be discussing this in an upcoming video on what I believe about depression. I see it as not patricularly an illness but your mind telling you something has to change. Whilst you are going through that change, your mind and body seem like different entities. Your mind seems to have all the good intentions but you either become not interested in things due to lack of energy or just want to sleep. I did alot of sleeping but am through the worst, still have the odd occassion where depression rears its ugly head but everytime it appears you notice it and for me I tell myself I never want to be in that place again. I started creating these guided meditation tracks from my own experiences and hope to give others, like yourself a shortcut or hope that everything will work out. I am not a doctor or anything but have been through a few things that I can relate to other people with. I wish you positivity in your life and thankyou for your support! :)

      +Meditation Vacation I'm sorry to hear about all you've been thru as well. I happen to agree 100% about what you said about depression.... It's DEFINITELY your mind telling you something has to change. Because for me, until I chose to actually make those changes in pretty much every aspect of my life. Having to adjust to everything being turned upside in the matter of Ohhh one day, I just laid around. Crying. Sleeping but not good that tossing turning waking every 2 hours and those dreams you don't want to have after a breakup that you didn't want in the first place. The dreams where it all wasn't real. Then you wake up. Remembering it was. I had to fix me. My mind, my thought process. No matter who hurt me. I had to fix me. And I had to get to healing myself. I'm still a work in progress and always will be... That'll never change. But I look forward to what you have upcoming for us!! 😉

      +Meditation Vacation and that was me. Not interested in ANYTHING. And only wanting to sleep...
      Honestly since I started listening to this. It's actually brought me closure and honestly has helped me. I've listened to others as well. But this one is the one I'm drawn right now. Bcs I often seek answers in dreams. (Except those awful ones after the breakup ugh they were nightmares)
      All of your meditations I've listened to I've liked.

      That’s great! This is absolutely my favourite right now.How gifted you are! Some feedback if you don’t mind?Could you lower the intensity of the background music (even though it is very beautiful), or speak a bit louder during what I call the “2nd phase”of your incredibly soothing script. When I made it that far (usually I’m conked right out by then) I could see what others were talking about; couldn’t hear what you were saying at all and found myself straining to hear your words which was a bit frustrating.❤️

      That is great Erwin, we can all do what we think is impossible, I never thought I would get out of depression, now.......I only have the rare negative day and don't really want to go back there. I am thinking of redoing this one, only because alot of people have said the music is too loud, it seems to be device sensitive, how was it for you? I am glad this meditation helped you, may you continue healing and growing. :)

      +Meditation Vacation to be honest, i didnt really seem to cate about the baclround sound and stuff because your voice and the backround seemed to mix in pretty well. but one thing that really caught me off guard was that there was a low buzzing sound that happened for like 30 seconds. unfortunately that buzzing sound woke me up and i started having some pretty bad hallucinations. after that though i was kinda able to get back into the zone....but it just didnt really feel right after that experience.

    • @MeditationVacation

    This was the first video I had my 1st successful OBE (out of body experience) to.. I know that normally we should be using dead silence and no sort of videos or audio to help but but yeh..
    I gotta get back at it.
    For anyone trying to get to that state, stay very quiet and calm and try to imagine your bed underneath you breathing as you breathe (when you inhale, the bed swells upward, and as you exhale, imagine the bed sinking back down).

    • @TheMakShak13
      @TheMakShak13 5 років тому +2

    This has become my favourite guided meditation video. I've struggled with insomnia since I was a little girl, I only nap and never experience a full night of uninterupted sleep.
    Having a chronic illness has certainly made the insomnia much worse at times and I can be awake 24 hours.
    I've been listening to your videos for about 2weeks and they've helped immensely.
    The combination of your voice, the music and the suggestions is perfect for me.
    I love the ones that are 2 hours or longer. Thank you so much for helping.

    I've used this video at least 8 times in the past two years to help me fall asleep. It's worked every time to help me sleep. As for lucid dreams I can recall 4 in my lifetime. 2 of them I did a test to see if I was dreaming.(which was by making myself float off the ground in my dreams) the other 2 happened last night & this morning.(after falling asleep to this video) I know I've had many dreams were I was aware I was dreaming but only four where I could control some of the dream. It's really cool! Keep a dream journal, minutes after waking up write down everything you remember in your dream b4 you forget it).

    I love this meditation! I felt myself slipping into sleep last night. I went to back to school (still on March Break) and found the sheet of paper that contained the sentence starters that we are supposed to use for our French homework. (I'd forgotten all about it..XD) I woke up and realized it was a dream. (So I guess I wasn't, consciously, lucid dreaming.) I grinned and was like, yup! Saved by a meditation! Thanks a ton!!
    And also, I really enjoy how you tell us what will happen before we start. It really reassures me and makes me feel not guilty about falling asleep before the meditation is over. XD Great job!! :)

    man idk what these people be saying about the music being too loud, i always think other videos have music that's way too quiet, for me, personally, this is perfect. not only the sound but it makes me relax super fast and makes me fall asleep easily even though i usually cant fall asleep because of my anxiety. i literally listen to this every single night now.

    Wow, thanks for this! This was my first attempt to lucid dream, and I have to say, it definitely produced positive results. I am a very skeptical person, but it definitely worked.... I would guess I went "under" about ten to fifteen minutes in, and I was roused exactly when your voice started the grounding part at the end. Somehow I "dreamed" that you were a guest on a late night radio show... I was witnessing your live broadcast -- we were outside on a hillside with a microphone and a radio host was there (lol) and so my role in the dream was mostly passive, although I'm not actually sure how much of what you said was your actual content and how much of it was my imagination, since I have yet to hear the video in a complete wakeful state. In my dream, you smiled a lot, and talked about the importance of positivity in the moment and ALSO a strange form of literally rewriting the wrongs of history in the future with time altering technology (lol). You talked about these subjects as you stroked the outdoor grass growing on the hill, always smiling at the skeptical interviewer. I definitely awoke feeling relaxed and refreshed, and with the insight that I have been too hard on myself lately and need to be more gentle in general. Thanks again!

      Thankyou for your kind words, yes trying too hard is sometimes easier than letting go a little. For some it is just a matter of timing and also depending on what is on your mind. A bit of clearance before attempting to be lucid works a treat. let the day go first.

    This music put me to sleep and into some of the most intense lucid dreaming I have ever experienced it was quite frightening. It took only minutes. I went to sleep aware that it could send me into lucid dreaming. I didn't not think it would be this crazy! In my dream I was trying to think of things to alter my dream. I had my headphones on lying in bed to go to sleep. In my dream a few things were happening which I was aware was a dream. But then I woke up in my bed to roll over and tell my girlfriend that this video worked to make me start lucid dreaming she started to choke me and crying saying I grabbed her in my sleep. Then I woke up and that was a dream and she was laying next to me sleeping it was Fucked up. I had to wake her up and tell her what happened. I can see as I write this I only made it 10:38 into the video.

    i listened to this for the first time last night...i fell asleep and dreamed i was in a house looking out the window watching two men talking...i was watching them when all of a sudden i started yelling to the one guy..."tell him you are in a lucid dream" i repeated myself a couple of times...then one guy walked away and the other guy walked in the house and looked at me a little confused...and i said...why didn't you tell him you were having a lucid dream...i don't really remember what he said...something like he tried but what i mostly remember is his confused look. Okay, so why if i was telling him he was having a lucid dream did that not trigger me to realize i was aware of lucid dreaming in my own dream...go figure.

      That's sleep paralysis as far as I'm concerned. One of the main reasons people give up Lucid Dreaming, keep in mind, you might hallucinate in the state between awake and dreaming. It is completely normal, but scary sometimes. Once I saw a skeleton climb up the side of my bed, I tried to punch it and my body wouldn't move, I tried calling for help but my voice didn't come out, my heart started racing and I woke up due to the adrenaline. It was some fucked up shit, but being able to remember vividly and control dreams is worth the pay IMO

I did dream though recalling my dreams in detail is difficult. I know some of the people in the dream and the setting but that's pretty much it. I say give it a try if you have time, it may work for you. But did not for me.

    I'm still awake without having felt anything special after listening to this audio. I layed down on my back in my bed and relaxed myself, I didn't move a muscle the whole audio and followed your voice but nothing happened... You said most people fall asleep after 7 min or so, why do I stay awake the whole video?

    • @MeditationVacation
      @MeditationVacation  8 років тому

      +Daniel De Rooij The only thing I can suggest is maybe try again, make sure you are relaxed enough to enter a trance state (not meaning to sound condescending at all). It may take a few tries as the mind trains itself into that condition. You may experience drifting in and out, also if you can try some reality checks, like look at how many fingers you have or if there is anything strange around you. Whilst lucid dreaming not everything is as it seems. The most owerful thing you can do is say to yourself, " I am going to lucid dream tonight" I will presume that this is your first experience with lucid dreaming, alot of people succeed after a few nights, it is all practice. If you are used to lucid dreaming it may be my voice that you may not be able to connect with, I can't be perfect and I don't presume to think that way. You have to do what works for you, I would say try a couple more times, with practice comes the payoff! Thankyou for listening Daniel, I do appreciate it.

      Thanks for the reply.
      The past nights I've been using your video before going to sleep. I must say that I have more intense and realistic dreams now but as you said it takes more practice.
      When I'm around 15-20min's in your video I start to lose feeling in some parts of my body, but I believe thats a hood sign right?
      I also started vwriting down my dreams the instant I wake up and the memories get more detailed every time I remember a dream :)
