I love the look of this boat and am equally impressed by the fit and finish. It's nice to see so many grab rails inside and out as well as the ease of engine room access.
Awesome Brian. Very cool you got to be the first real info on the 45 on the internet! I like the lines here better than the Targa 46: They seem truer to the Finnish aesthetic. The Targa ends up looking kind of like an odd, almost Down East / Finnish hybrid or something. Plus, LOVE the foredeck seating / table on the Sargo which is usually a Targa strength. They delete it on their flagship. You guys add it, and the stepless walkaround, and still have a nice fore cabin. Love the roof. Wish it was still manual though. So can that mid-cabin be configured AS an office, or were you simply suggesting use for the existing space? Can you get option diesel appliances? Any word on if/when there'll be a 45 Fly? Hope that PCP worked out. ;-)
There will be a flybridge version, but it has not been designed yet. So I guess it will probably take quite a while. (my cousin has worked on the design of the boat).
What is the height of the master stateroom, salon and master head? also the height of the doorways into the master stateroom, salon and master head? thanks!
In the 3 stateroom model: Stateroom 190cm, salon 204-214cm High to the front, head 191cm shower 196cm, In the 2 stateroom model: the different is in the head 197cm and shower 198cm.
My complaint about Sargo boats is that the main cabin's space is cramped due to the wide walkways on both sides of it. They don't need to be that wide. I checked and it seems that the Sargo 45 isn't available with a fly bridge. That high ceiling in the mid guest cabin is really nice, but wastes a lot of space where a main refrigerator and freezer could be installed and accessed from the wood panel left of the captain's helm or from inside the guest cabin.
Thanks for the comment Riproar. I have found that the walk around decks are essential for safe comfortable boating especially in inclement conditions. SARGO designs the interior space much better and roomier than many boats that do not have walk around and are designed carelessly with wasted space. In fact I choose SARGO over all other brands because they do the walk around decks better than any other brand (not silly narrow and no steps). They have sold so many of this boat that it will be some time before they will have a flybridge design.

Your boat walkaround video tours are top-notch, along with the cool Sargo clothing! I LOVE Sargo boats and their designs, and how they create those hidden and inviting below-deck living spaces, complete with bathrooms, with the lift of a sofa cushion! The woodwork throughout the boats is top quality and creates an inviting experience, instead of a stuffy experience with dark woods or plain interiors. I bet new Sargo boats smell really good inside! My best friend's Mom had a new SAAB 9000 notchback with a chestnut-brown leather interior that smelled incredible! (I'm a huge fan of Scandinavian furniture/design be it modern or 1960s). It was just my opinion, as I grew up with families who owned cabin cruisers and small sailboats, so I was used to hanging on to side rails for small walk-around decks in calm weather in the Long Island Sound. But yes, the Finns know all about safety for inclement conditions. I have watched so many boat tour videos and wondered over and over, why have a "wet head" when you can eliminate the bathroom cabinet to make room for the toilet and have a divided glass or curtained shower area? Mount the sink above the toilet on the wall or in the shower area? Install a "medicine cabinet" or shelves up on the wall instead of wasting so much valuable floor space with a cabinet? I have seen so many videos where the saloon is for lounging/visiting and the front cabin is reduced in size to accommodate a well-equipped, fairly large galley just below when climbing down the stairs. Does Sargo offer custom options like this? Keep up the great work!

Hi Hansbumgarth, thanks for your comment. You seem upset but maybe that is just the ALLL CAPS? The video has been overall well received, in fact the music, photos and drone footage I think is amazing. There are a couple other good and popular videos that have more of the specifications on the 45 SARGO. I meant this one to be more of an introduction to something I thought was unique and special.
