Double Arch is one of the best spots to give scale to the size of the arches. When walking up you can see how small the people are relative to the arch. I love that spot. Good to see your having fun its such a cool place.
No one should begrudge or belittle you folks for taking the hikes you do. That’s just plain mean. Do what you WANT to do and what you CAN do, and forget what those idiots say. I am loving your adventures on this trip, I really look forward to watching every single video. Have fun!
The trail from Devils Garden to landscape arch is really fun and not to difficult. I feel your disappointment that there was no parking. Landscape arch is worth the trip. 300 foot of clear span arch. About a mile in. My favorite.
We were both excited about seeing it, but absolutely full parking and no chance to snag one with all the cars ahead of us. We learned you have to go multiple days early to get something in. Loved everything we saw! 👍🏻
Those were cool. So just how much of an echo was there? I know we could hear some but what is actual and what appears through audio can sometimes be different.
Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks and Kolob Canyon are all close by and worth a visit. Monument Valley is excellent. Ignore the trolls. Going from humid sea level 5,000 ft elevation in the desert makes breathing difficult.
What a spectacular place. Here in Australia the Health and Safety Muppets would rope that off just in case a rock might fall and your sneakers wearing out the rocks damaging 'cultural heritage'. God Bless America.
These are on my list, but my wife has enough issues with hips and knees...she'd never make the hikes (err, walks as somebody was telling you)...LOL...Sad but true, all these locations are awesome, but I don't think my wife could do it. She has enough trouble doing stairs. :( Oh boy...now you did it. You got a "hiker' mad at you, now you'll have the "rock climbers" mad at you too...LOL. Some neat places to see...one day maybe...maybe.
Plenty of places that you can still see from the paved walking paths and overlooks. They try to make it as handicapped friendly as they can, so be sure to travel and check out those beautiful places. 👍🏻
@@AbomAdventures Not handicapped, but we learned a few years ago that her hips and knees are not properly aligned. She used to play sports and always had knee issues...the only way to "fix" the problem is to break both hips and reset them along with double knee replacement...yea...not going to happen. She can still golf (using a cart), but anything not perfectly flat is just asking for trouble. Like I said, on the list, but she's already said "but I can't get back there to see the really awesome sights". :(
Adam FYI there is photo editing software that uses a group of images to completely remove all human presence from images. My wife doesn’t want you to have any concern about the opinions of people who don’t feel like you and Abby are actually hiking. They can move on if they don’t like it.
When we went there was a guy playing his trumpet in the arch. Wow the sound carried amazingly
The size of the people put the size and distances in perspective. Wonderful video, keep them coming.
Love your videos. I call what you're doing is Exploring! Thanks
Thanks for showing the sign that explains the formation of the arches! I always wondered how they were formed.
The explanatory plaque showing the weathering process is really helpful. Great pictures, Grand Vistas, thanks.
WOW.......... A&Adam.... that was amazing!!
Double Arch is definitely very cool. Thanks for sharing.

Those big fallen rocks are Mother Natures "Chips"
Thanks guys, I just saw Indiana Jones/Last Crusade and it starts out with the Rock Arches in the background and I was wondering if it was( real)👍
They said on the news today that the double arch had collapsed? Is it this one?

Agreed brother, Aus is full of safety nazis.

There is lots to see from the road and overlooks that are very close to the road. It is worth the trip.
