Just a quick note: the Gift of Candy Corn (and possibly the Krait Shard, I already had that one so not sure) doesn't show up for me on that vendor you're showing either. It does show up on the Four Winds Festival Vendor in Lion';s Arch, in the Hooligan's Route cave area. So anybody looking for it and not seeing it here can check there for the nodes.
